Quick question. We updated the theme and it messed up everything. All looked crazy so we had to reinstall a backup. Why like this? Anything other we must update except the plugins as we did?

When updating from Current version 3.4.9.1 to the new version. some of the CSS stopt working, And cant get the search balk ( fillterbar) not the right anymore. ( Also when selected in the them itself.

Looks like there more people with some updating issues

In v4.0, we upgraded Bootstrap from 4.3 to 5.3. After updating, the most common cause of layout or styling issues (like the filter bar not displaying correctly) is cached CSS/JS files.

Key steps include:

1. Clear your site cache via your caching plugin.
2. Purge your browser cache (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on macOS, or open in Incognito mode).

4. Clear Elementor cache via Elementor → Tools → General → Clear Files & Data.

Every time we update the theme it ruins all the custom CSS every time. This is very frustrating and extremely time consuming. Do you have any explanation for this or any advice?

To import the xml file with your theme we can only work with the all in importer? we have a xml file link and we are forced now to buy that for 199$. More then your theme costs. Quit unsatisfied here with the theme. Import XML and import properties option should be must in such theme…

You can use WP All Import free version.

I purchased this 5 yrs ago but have not used it permanently in any site. After installation today, the login works in Chrome. However, there’s a processing login error in firefox and edge. I was able to install and activate the theme but logging in using ff and edge does not work. Users cannot register.

I started again from scratch. Uninstalled WordPress and made sure no files are left in the main site folder. After installation, no other plugins were installed except the 5 required. Enabled Membership and followed the documentation. Same result. Working in Chrome but not in Firefox, Edge, Brave. User is not able to register. Admin account cannot even login when using other browsers.

We have a big issue with your theme and the images on our galleries they don’t show full, they are cropped. Please check and apply fix.

My issue is that multiple images when viewing in the gallery are showing cut out and black at the bottom.

This can be managed in admin panel, if you not able to manage then contact support team on support forum, they will guide you.
