Hello again, I left a comment about 2 years ago about this, and I’m still not able to update my PHP to 8.0 or higher with the theme. I have the envato plugin and there hasn’t been any updates from you for the theme. Do you have any plans to update it so I can upgrade my PHP? I’d like to start using 8.3. My theme is still 1.3.9. When will you have an update?

I’ve had the Envato plugin installed since the creation of the site, and it is not indicating that there’s an update for your theme. I reconnected my API connection and the same. No new updates.
Then I went to the guidance the article you sent.
I’m following the first step; download the files from Envato and reinstall the theme via the themes page in WP.
When I attempt to install the ‘new’ theme, I receive a message saying that the theme that I have installed, version 1.3.9 is the same as the one that I’m trying to install, v. 1.3.9.
I installed the theme on a dev site, and when I am done, it is exactly the same as what I have currently, which is 1.3.9.
I don’t think that it will be worth my efforts to install the theme via FTP because it seems that it is the same version.
Can you please tell me how to find the most updated version? My support has expired, so I can’t do much in the support area.

Hello again. I installed PHP 8.2 and it does not work. The site breaks “there has been a critical error on the site” Again, I cannot upgrade PHP – please help! When I turned on debugging, it said your theme was the issue.

All of my plugins are up-to-date and the BrainBiz Core plugin is not able to be updated.

Could you please let us know which version of the brainbizz-core plugin you are currently using?

It’s impossible. The latest version is 1.3.10. Most likely, you have modified the core plugin and changed its version, which is why you are not able to update it. The latest version of the theme works well with the PHP 8+ and it was tested multiple times.

YOUR theme doesn’t work. I have to pay for support because your theme does not work? Will you continue to be hostile to me if I give you more money? I shouldn’t have to pay for that. I purchased the theme, installed it, and now I’m having issues that are out of my control. And you accuse me of altering the theme. That’s terrible customer service.
Our theme works absolutely well. You just need to delete the old version of plugin and install it from the bundle.
It does not seem that your theme works with PHP 8+. You asked me to download and update the theme about 2 weeks ago. I did, and your theme was the same version that I had, waste of time! I updated it and now you’re accusing me of altering the theme. I’ve been trying to get your theme updated for 2 years. I will try what you ask, but I’m confident that it will not work and you’ll accuse me again of altering the code.
Let me clarify. The issue is not with the theme itself, but with the BrainBizz Core plugin version you have installed. The correct and latest version is 1.3.10, but on your site it shows 9.9.9 — this is not an official version, and that’s why it’s causing compatibility problems with PHP 8+.
Please delete the current “9.9.9” version from your site and install the official 1.3.10 version from the theme’s “plugins” folder (bundled package). Once you do this, the theme will work fine with PHP 8+.
Hello, One of our clients use your theme and it looks great. Now they would like to use woocommerce with its own menu (So another menu then we us on the homepage and on the other pages) On all ‘pages’ we can set another menu, but how can we set another menu to the product page itself? Thanks for your quick reply! I do not have Elementor with this theme. I have the Envato plugin, but it does not show that there is an update for the theme. The theme I have is 1.3.7. And there is a new update for WP Bakery Builder, but Envato isn’t letting me update it.
