I can confirm that you do not need to purchase Elementor Pro to use the theme. The Elementra theme is built to work perfectly with the free version of the Elementor plugin.

Secondly, I am looking to purchase your nutrition site and wondered if to keep plugins to a minimum, you could integrate a BMI calculator and Recipe Maker I am on a personal journey of making better food choices and want to share my gained knowledge with others. The demo when tested on Pingdom did not do well. Two F’s. My concern is Make fewer HTTP requests. One D: Add Expires headers, and one B: Avoid URL redirects. overall performance is a C: 76. And load time was 3.71. I tested on the San Fran server. I realize some code in the url is because it is a test demo, and I know the images have not been optimized and that will change when I use my own images. That said, what on your development side will change to improve speed as stated in your comments. I would add a screenshot but this format does not allow that function. Thanks so much. I have 3 short questions before I purchase. 1. Are the icons included with the theme. 2. Can specific areas of other demo’s be transferred from one demo to another? Or do I need to import a complete demo to use a specific page or section? 3. Is the theme setup to use the Envato Auto update plugin? Or do I have to manually update. 1. You can install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes. As soon as the project is ready for moving to another domain (create the backup to be on the safe side), please disconnect the license and activate the theme on another domain. Development installation will still be functional, except for importing/exporting demo data and installing updates. You can perform all other tasks there without any issues. Moreover, you can easily transfer the license from your production site to the development one and back again at any time, if needed.
2. Absolutely! You’ll be able to add sticky header easily, we’ll guide you step by step.
