Hi. Firstly I just want to say that I love the theme. Thank you very much. I just have one question regarding the theme colors. I have looked at the predefined colors in the style panel but wondering if it is possible to have a custom color? Any way I can update this in the code?

color styles are in css/colors. It’s easy to edit these schemes (there are only color codes)

Hi how do I download the new update of this theme? I have read the instructions: Go to Downloads section of your ThemeForest account and download BigBang Wordpress theme.
I have uploaded and overwritten the theme via Filezilla but the fullwidth contact page on my mobile is still not working? Can you please let me know what I can do because at the minute nobody can get in touch via my mobile site?

I know, it’s so odd.. I’ve checked other users sites as well, such as http://www.cabera.se , http://rockriverkennelsia.com/ and http://www.barrymccalvey.co.uk/ – all are the same, they load ok then on the last load they left align. What’s weird is that it’s fine on my MacBook Pro but not the iMac, this is the same for FF, Chrome and Safari. I’ve restarted, cleared cache, all the usual tricks but still the same!

Something weird going on with the theme? I seem to have the exact same problem as you do on your demo page: http://demo.brankic.net/bigbangwp/
I think some css is missing or broken. It’s left aligned and stuck on the full width, the drop down menus also don’t work properly.
I’m on a Mac and tested this in FF, Safari and Chrome.

Try to download the theme again and to update theme files on your server…

hi there, I’ve tried to setup with the demo content, but got lost when the documentation says customize menus. I can update my Home page sliders, but cannot access any other pages or blogs. Always get error 404 Page Not Found.
If you can help me get the demo content working, I can get much further. (also emailed you some days ago with my password)

Check your server settings (bit I don’t have a clue why this happen…)

If you’re using YouTube video you must use full URL (not shorten youtu.be…)
If you’re using Vimeo, you msut use http (not https)

Like others I cannot get the portfolio to work or the Recent Work area on the front page.
Additionally, I cannot for the life of me get my footer to look like the demo page no matter what I try.

Footer is managed with widgets. You can find some of these widgets in folder “plugins” in the ZIP you’ve downloaded…
Portfolio is easy to setup. You must have posts with featured images. You must choose category in portfolio shortcode pop-up window…

You have to update the WordPress to latest version (or to at least 3.4)
When you have a portfolio and a photostream on the same page, the photostream layout is thrown out and stops displaying in masonry style. How do you fix this?

This doesn’t seem to be an example of a portfolio & a photostream (such as pinterest) code on the same page? When they are on the same page pinterest stops working in masonry style. i.e. when something like the following shortcodes are added to a page:
bra_portfolio title=”xxx” cat_id=”4” no=”3” show_filters=”yes” columns=”4” hover=”yes” height=”” [bra_photostream user=’xxx’ limit=’20’ social_network=’pinterest’ layout=’4’ shape=’none’]
code is being stripped away, but you get the idea

It’s not showing in masonry style? All the images are lining up horizontally, meaning there are big white spaces in the design?
If you have no height parameter there is no way images are cropped. Images must have different size if you want masonry effect. Also, try to deactivate all 3rd party plugins. Maybe some of them is in conflict with masonry script…
They do have different sizes, there is no height parameter and it is not displaying in masonry effect. It is not displaying correctly in your example link above either. Can you see in the portfolio section that all images – landscape & portrait are lining up horizontally in a grid meaning there are white squares displaying when there are differences in height? I only have a newsletter plugin (because the theme doesn’t have one btw). There is no conflict with portfolio masonry when it is on its own – only when it is on the same page as the photostream trying to do the same thing.

Maybe these 2 shortcodes are in conflict…
I understand I can put the photostream on a separate page but this is not how I want to use it. Yes they are in conflict – but they are only in conflict if the short code order is portfolio/photostream not photo stream/portfolio on the same page.
This has something with order of calling scripts
I can’t figure it out why it happens only in that order
