Due to internet filtering, it is not possible to automatically update your plugin — GT3 Themes Core — in the WordPress admin panel. If possible, please upload the GT3 Themes Core plugin to some online resource so that we can download it and install it manually on the site. Could you provide a link? We could not find a download option in the user account.

Hi there! Yes, you can easily adjust the header height within the Elementor editor. You can also update the colors globally. Please note that you can use any homepage for your project. The inner pages follow a classic style, and we’ve also added modern-style pages. All of them are available on our demo website. Please review all the pages to see if they meet your requirements.
what happened to the Back to Top button? after the update the button disappeared to the bottom left under the footer and I had to turn it off

It’s not really a question of support. If you released a new version of your app and made a public update available, it should be able to be downloaded and installed without issue.

I’ve submitted a question through your support page 2 days ago about the menus but I haven’t had a response.
I’ve tried to sign up and get a password, but I never get the email verification message in my inbox, or an acknowledgement of my initial support question.
I really need to resolve issues with the menus and footers. I think it would make more sense to allow people who have purchased a license and have support to answer here directly, rather than gate-keeping information.
Someone has probably had the same issues I have, and rather than registering to yet another website (which I’ll likely forget the link, username and password for, unless I need it again), I could just search through the comments here and only send a message if I need to. The “Community” section on your help page is practically empty – there isn’t a forum there for Qs&As! I’ve read and re-read your docs, used ChatGPT and I’m still at a loss!
Please look into my query. If there’s a way I can email you directly, please let me know. The WP help centre is just too cumbersome and for some reason isn’t working for me…

“Compatible With Elementor” but not with Elementor Pro. My website immediately crashed due to an error in the GT3 files, missing files that Elementor Pro is referring to. Are there files missing in this theme to make it work with the GT3 theme?
Yes, but it is in reality conflicting with Elementor free version and also with the Elementor Pro version. With both of them. It is all due to the GT3 Theme files.

You can talk about it but to get a tech assistance you have to submit a support request. That’s a place for pre-sale and general questions.
I already posted a support request, telling me to delete a not deletable free Elementor (fit for this theme like the features description) and I also have delete the paid Elementor Pro version. 2nd one is just sad I have to wipe out a paid for premium plugin, and the other demand is demanding me to do the impossible: deleting Elementor free (which can not be deleted). This is not a solution (and might not be mentioned openly).

I see in quick review of the 607 comments at least 10 customers with exact the same issue. Just checked the latest on here. WP Daddy Builder Pro Version is conflicting with Elementor. In this theme the WP Daddy widgets are conflicting with Elementor. All GT3 theme widgets. Stop denying this and make the fix, thanks.

I am a developer and working on a client’s website that uses the Ewebot theme. Excellent theme, by the way. The only issue I noticed it that the theme’s main plugin (GT3) is not WPML compatible. In other words, it does not contain the wpml-config.xml that makes widgets translatable via WPML. My client’s website is multilingual, so not being able to translate parts of the website is a problem for them/
Should I advise the client to open a ticket or will you fix this in a future update?

Hi there! The theme is really great — just wanted to share some user feedback.
I tested the theme: Ewebot Version: 3.1.7 (last updated March 31, 2025) which includes the plugin: GT3 Ultimate Charts for Elementor Page Builder – 1.0.6.
However, this plugin only works with Elementor versions up to 3.28.4. It’s not compatible with newer versions — for example, it doesn’t work with the latest Elementor 3.29.2 due to a conflict.
Please consider updating your theme so everything works smoothly. Thanks, and best of luck!
