1, Yes, you can install the theme on dev versions, however with the official domain you can only use 1 domain for 1 purchase code.

I’m using your Poco theme and having trouble getting Klarna to display on the custom checkout page.
Klarna is a major payment gateway in Europe, so it’s essential for my webshop. https://woocommerce.com/products/klarna-checkout/Klarna works fine on the default WooCommerce checkout page, but not on the one created by Poco. I’ve followed Klarna’s integration instructions and contacted their support, but they couldn’t resolve it.
