1. Is it possible to add a tag system to it, like in twitter, next to a nickname and remove “Members” from the path?
2. Is it possible to make smooth animations, including pop-up windows? (they’re twitchy and rude now.)
3. Replace words with icons of comments, likes, number of views, etc.?
4. Is it possible to make a short message on the main page, as in “X”, and when you click on the entire post, open the full message?
5. Is there a repost button?
6. Is this theme integrated with MyCred? Would you like to be able to give points for each post?
7. Will you upgrade the pop-up editor? What is published in it and what is displayed looks different.

Hi, your metafans demo is down which makes all the svg’s not show on my site. Can those go back up or can I get the svg set? Also, your new 5.0 release works full files if you choose wp files only option in downloads you get the 3.5 version.
I think that is what made the updates stop working as well with 3.5 in the wp only files?
Isnt it working demo importer?
Does demo import upload the svg stuff? In the theme code it points to your demo which is always down. What is going on over there?

Are you planning to add an events section to your theme in future updates?
Also, I couldn’t find some features in your theme.
For example…
Report shared items. Are photos not displayed as albums in our profile? There is no option to select multiple images. When selecting and adding each image individually, the browser gives an error. Where do selected “Save” items appear? Is there a reporting feature in Messenger? Can we activate or deactivate the modules we want?
Also, after receiving an error once on the site, Mozilla, Chrome, and Edge all give the same error. I don’t understand. It seems like the user’s actions continue in the background without stopping. The error persists even after clearing the cache.
I shared 3 images on your site. The images slide to the bottom of the right-hand section and are only partially visible. They need to be placed responsively in the available space.
There are also some visual issues on some pages. When we click on the profile picture in the upper right, the menu that opens remains under the background. This is clearly visible in the members section.
And I’m still getting a page crash error when I log in to your demo site from different browsers. I got an error while trying to add 3 images to John’s account, and I think this error is continuing in a loop in the background on the database side.

I wanted to let you know that I’ve decided to back out of this project because of the upcoming deadline. Unfortunately, I’ve run into some major issues while trying to build a website for our group using the WordPress template I bought.
At first, I was hopeful that the demo version would give us a good starting point for our site. But after putting in a lot of time and effort to fix the problems, I’ve realized that the template has caused more headaches than it’s worth. Even with my best attempts, the updates haven’t fixed the main issues, like not being able to upload all the necessary files.
To be specific, the demo uploads haven’t brought in all the required files, leading to AJAX errors, missing menu files, and problems with WooCommerce functionality. Even though they’ve tried to help troubleshoot these issues, they haven’t been able to sort them out quickly, and the problems are still there.
With the deadline looming and the ongoing tech troubles, I’ve decided it’s best to step away from this project. I’m really sorry for any trouble this might cause and I appreciate your understanding in this situation.
After more than 10 days of trying to make Metafans work, a tech team and I figured out that it’s definitely a fault with the theme why it does not load on the user-side. We see the theme clearly in WordPress and Elementor on the back-end, but the site does not load with the URL on the front-end. Several attempts to get help from Metafans support have proved futile. I’ve wasted a lot of valuable time. If Metafans support does not respond favorably, I will demand a refund from Envato Market/Themeforest and write a no-star review reflecting my disappointment and letting the world know NOT to waste their time and buy this theme.

To metafans support team. I sent 2 emails to you requesting resolution to a technical matter and did NOT receive any response. I just sent a third email. I see the site clearly on the back-end in Wordpress and Elementor ….. but NEVER see it in any of several browsers on the user-side front-end. I’m at my wits end with the issue….been trying to fix it for more that a week, to no avail. Please advise, or I will reasonably have to return a product I bought but can never use.

I’m really close to giving up on this theme. There are just too many problems, and the only ones who can help are the theme’s authors. Sure, they provide instructions for installation, but after that, you’re pretty much on your own.
They showcase a demo on their site that shows what the theme should look like, but in reality, there’s a serious lack of support and guidance on how to make the theme resemble their demo. They mentioned an update? I attempted to upgrade from version 4.0 to 4.1, but I’m still facing the same issues; not all files are uploading, and it feels like they’re doing this on purpose.
They offered me support for the first two days after I bought it, but they haven’t looked into other issues to resolve my problems. I still have links that redirect to their demo site. I even left them a positive review as a thank you, but after that, they completely ignored me.
I sent them another email to point out the missing elements in their files, but they still haven’t figured it out. I’m starting to think they’re just selling their demo without any intention of helping me fix the theme I bought to look like it.
I’m not looking for a refund since I just bought it six days ago; I just want them to fix the demo import so I have a reference for editing my site. But after the 4.0 update, the issues persist, and now my entire site is acting weird. I can’t even edit my login template with Elementor because it keeps saying, “the preview could not be loaded.”
If this keeps up, I might have to report them to ThemeForest for providing such terrible service and for misleading advertising about what they’re selling.

All I really want is to get all the right files I need so my website can look like your demo. The demo import isn’t pulling in all the necessary files like the .xml and pages, and I’m hitting an ajax error while trying to download the demos.
I’ve successfully installed WordPress and demos from other themes before without any issues, but I can’t set up the template without having the right files uploaded. Sure, I’m familiar with WPBakery Page Builder, though I’m not as experienced with Elementor, but I can manage as long as I have the template to work with.
Also, I’m pretty new to bbPress. If you could help me set up the forum to look just like the demo, that would be awesome, and I want to make sure that no menu links redirect to the demo but instead go to my website. Overall, I just want my site to resemble the demo with everything functioning properly, and I’ll handle the editing myself.
Yes, I back up everything before making any changes to the template. I’ve provided access credentials to my website, so feel free to check it out. By the way, I’m having issues with the login landing page when I edit; I had to use debug mode, but it causes the login boxes to disappear.
Hey there! I just bought the theme a couple of days ago and downloaded the latest version, 4.0. I managed to install WordPress, then uploaded the theme metafan.zip. It prompted me to install Envato, which I did, and then I uploaded metafanscore.zip. I extracted it and proceeded to install the required plugins and demo. While it was uploading, I noticed an “ajax error,” but it completed the demo upload anyway. After checking out the uploaded demo, I couldn’t find the option to switch to a different theme. Also, I couldn’t find the landing page login; for some reason, it just keeps buffering after I type my website, redirecting me to “https://www.**vegas/account/” without showing any template. Additionally, when I’m in my activity feed and click on the icons on the left side like (members/metafans/settings/)(/members/metafans/groups/), I can’t find those directories. Can you please help me with this? I really like the template and want to get it working. Thanks!
Helllo, You can customize it. Goto customizer and see that there is Metafans > account panel. There you can remove logged out redirect.

Paid them $100 to install for me and setup, they didn’t even install it or set it up, kept saying they couldn’t cause it was too slow, asked for a refund and they refused refund the $100….crooks.

Hi, I bought a license and I’m getting ready to install the theme. The information in Themeforest indicates the theme is compatible with WP 6.0.x. What version of WordPress should I use?
The theme appears to work fine in WP 6.8 for regular posts and Activity. Other features are slow. Could you please let me know how to remove the WP upper black bar in the front-end? Thanks.
I found the way too remove the toolbar via BuddyPress options. I think your Metafans theme has a lot of potential. I happy with the purchase!
