Why after saving the page when working with it in Elementor edit mode does it lose the slider from the top of the page?? This has happened on multiple demo pages when I edit a minor item (like an icon on the page, then save). For example, I only updated the icons in the How it Works page, then saved the page, and the slider disppeared. This is the demo page I edited: https://rockpws7.online/our-process/

When selecting a replacement icon for any of the icons in the How it Works section on this demo page: https://demo.casethemes.net/organio/home-4/, the icons are all being set to the top of background rather than vertically centered. Please look into this and advise. Just look at your own demo page and do what I did to observe the issue, as I will not be providing you with my credentials for my site (so please don’t ask).

Simple question, but URGENT: Where do I set the header for the Services pages? Like this demo page: https://demo.casethemes.net/organio/service/organic-store-services/. If I wanted to change that header on your demo page to one of the other 11 available headers, where would I do that? Because it’s obviously a template and not like the regular pages where you have the list of headers available; they are missing on the Edit Service page template.

I’m sorry, but you are saying it is a hardcoded header for all Services, Portfolio pages, regardless of what the rest of the website pages have set? That throws the entire website out of balance and makes no sense. At the very least, please point me to where this is hard coded so I can hire my developer on my own to change it.
You can change the layout in Theme Option, I mean changing for each service is not available.
That’s not helpful, and that limitation is a real problem. What is the point in allowing us to select one of eleven headers on regular pages, but then forcing a completely different header of your choosing on the other template pages?? I have never seen that before. I’ve been working with Envato WordPress themes and many top theme authors for over 15 years, and I have to say the limitations you’ve imposed in managing basic theme elements like this are pretty ridiculous.

I’m in the Customize section with all of the headers displayed, but selecting a different header than the default #1 header is not responding. I have tried selecting various other headers there. Why?

Are you trying to customize in Theme Option? don’t forget we have other option in Page Option and some pages are selecting header customization and it will take priority.

I tried in two different places. First here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=theme-options, and also through Customize here: /wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Dtheme-options. Neither of these methods worked, which is very odd for a theme. Where else am I supposed to select the header??

1. Please explain how the menus are tied to the header you select. When I apply a different header to a page, my main menu reverts to the demo menu. Why?? I don’t want that, so please advise ASAP.

Also, the product page doesn’t display features properly — there’s just a green square instead. I tried reverting to the WooCommerce default by adding: : add_action( ‘after_setup_theme’, function() { add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-zoom’ ); add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-lightbox’ ); add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-slider’ ); }, 20 ); but it doesn’t work.
