After fresh install of WP, everything works, after install Avada theme everything works, after I activate with key, my page is down, I recive critical error: WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Avada Builder.

Hi, pre-purchase question: I want to make a forum site and I see that Avada has a pre-built template “Forum Website” but it says “bbPress, Education” underneath that….Does that mean I have to use bbPress plugin with the Avada Forum Website Template? Or can I use the Avada Template with any Forum plugin I wish? Thank you!

To make a forums website with Avada, we would suggest using the BB press plugin. We have not tested any other plugin to recommend them.

I am a user of Avada for several years. Recently I got an update that includes Cloudflare’s Turnstile feature. I appreciate any security improvement, but why force me to use a feature without a clear option to disable it? Documentation does not show any possible way to disable it.

If the CF turnstile key is not added then it will not load in the frontend. There is no compulsion in using it

Hi, thank you for replying.

I do not use CF turnstile, therefore those fields are empty. Yet I got this message when trying to use a simple form for email subscription: “The Turnstile challenge could not be completed. The token verification failed.” Maybe is a error of the new version of Avada.

you should be able to do that yourself from your support account, the purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited.

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

Your last update broke my website on mobile. I deactivated CloudFlare and WP Rocket and still having issues because of this i think:

- IMPROVEMENT: Adjusted the inline dynamic data parser to automatically ignore content in inline <script> and <style> tags injected by plugins

Topbar is pushed down covering text and leaving white space on top of it, menu not opening anymore, WhatsApp and ToTop buttons stuck on footer instead of floating.

Is it possible to rollback? Right now i’m quite pissed off and i don’t want to deal with this problem that will cost not only time but money to fix.

Im trying to relocate the navigation bar/ menu on the architecture website template so it sits on the top of the slider/page all the time , instead of below the header, how can this be acheived?

I resolved this, had to move the slider position and not the header or nav bar

We purchased this theme a couple of years ago, but the consultant who created our online shop didn’t import any theme, layout, or template. Most of our static (10) and product pages (700) are made using basic CSS. Our website design doesn’t look good or modern. We prefer not to change to another theme. Can we import a full theme at this stage? What will happen to our pages (700+)? Should we clone/backup the pages before running the import? Your advice and guidance are highly appreciated

So, if I create a staging website using a subdomain like test.mysite.com, then Avada will detect and automatically register it as a staging site. Am I correct?

I cannot find an option to have my blogs featured images all display as equal heights when using the grid layout, unless I am missing something?

If you are using the blog element then the size will depend on the source image. You can use a postcard element where the postcard can have an image element with a specific aspect ratio defined to make the images appear equal height

Hi, i was using the license while developing my website through LOCAL but now when i moved all files on hosting and unregistered the license on local and try to register it on my host it says that it is already used on another domain? can you help me with this?

Our monitoring is showing Slider Revolution as being vulnerable. I understand it is a 3rd party plugin, but when will the patched version be available in the Avada Plugins page?

Are Self Hosted Video slides supposed to enable video slides to display on mobile as well? I seem to only be able to get the preview image to show on mobile & not videos… on card nor Avada slider.

Self hosted videos do not work in mobile mode in the Avada slider. We do have a noted added for that in the slide area. This will fallback to the preview image

Do you know what to do, when the mobile homepage lost all its graphiccs, due to updating the theme ?

Since last update (7.13.1), I can no longer use ACF Text fields from my posts when defining a Postcard. There only is a list of Text Fields from the global options page.This has a major impact preventing any changes on my websites.

BTW, it is the second change with a major impact on sites : the previous one was with 7.12 when “introducing” the support for ACF True/False fields (that were actually working perfectly fine) which immplied to replace 1 by true as the value in all the use of the true/false fields while in the meanwhile the sites were broken due to the test for value 1 was no longer working.

Note : YES, I know, this is where backups are useful. But, PLEASE, do more tests on your side.

I’m having the same issue as this guy a day ago, “Hi, since updating Avada Builder 3.13.1 (Avada 7.13.1), Edit on posts/pages redirects to front-end 404. Works only if Builder is disabled. Cache cleared & permalinks re-saved. Need a fix.” except my problem is a 500 error not a 404.

Worked with my hosting support, tried clearing cache, and resaving permalinks over and over. Please provide a fix, as this is unusable, at least for me.

How can I change the “Skip to content” link color in Avada?

I have extended my support, but my Avada does not show this, so I cannot open a ticket there.

I’m currently working on improving accessibility on my website using the Avada theme. I’m trying to change the text link color of the “Skip to content” link that appears when pressing the Tab key.

WAVE detects a contrast error on that link, and I would like to adjust its colors to meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Could you please let me know:

Where or how I can modify the styling of this specific link?

Is there a dedicated Avada option for it, or should I apply custom CSS?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve already tried re-saving the permalinks multiple times — unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Here are a few key notes that might help:

The problem only appears on the live server, not on my local MAMP environment (where everything works fine).

It started right after updating Avada Builder to version 3.13.1.

The 404 error occurs when trying to edit posts or pages on the front-end.

If I disable the Avada Builder plugin, the issue completely disappears.

So it seems directly related to the Builder update. Please advise on a possible fix or patch.
