Hey there. I just updated to the latest version, but it doesn’t contain the latest version of Mikado Core. Only version 1.5.2 or later is secure, but the newest version of Buro has 1.3.1. Is it possible to provide the 1.5.2 version? That’s not even the newest one.

The latest version of Mikado Core plugin included with Büro theme is 1.3.
We assume you’re referring to the notice by Wordfence, however, this notice is not for the Büro theme and it is not for the Mikado Core plugin included with the theme. The notice is for Roam theme and its Mikado Core plugin. Note that Mikado Core plugin included with Roam Theme is not same as Mikado Core plugin included with Büro theme so you can ignore this notice.We are sorry if there’s been any misunderstanding because “Mikado Core” is name used for core plugins inside our several different themes. It seems that Wordfence is displaying the notice wherever there is Software Slug called “mikado-core” regardless of the theme. So instead of this notice displaying only for Roam Theme, it is mistakenly shown for all theme that have “mikado-core” Software Slug.

As many other times before, last week I sent you my email with purchase code but have not received any reply with any files. We could not locate any open request related to your Envato username. Could you please make sure that you sent your request to the correct email?
We include the latest available versions of the plugins in our theme updates. However, please note that plugin authors provide updates for plugins every couple of days. It is simply not possible to update themes after each plugin update. The theme will be updated, but, if you do not want to wait for the next theme update to update the plugins, you can request the latest version over the email. We always provide the latest version upon request.

Of course I have sent my request to the correct email (and have have sent it again and again). Besides, after 3 years without updates, I reckon it would be much more honest to say that you are busy elsewhere. No one would be harmed if that is the case.

You should have mentioned all this is happening within the Qode support forum. I even had forgot I was registered to that…. As a matter of fact I had to register again, but the platform has found my profile…. but I cannot download anything because of the OutlookWebapp restrictions.
The mails you’ve sent to the email address provided in previous comment are automatically converted to tickets. You don’t need to login to your account, you will also receive response by mail.
We are not sure what king of restrictions you have on your mail app. We can only provide support for the theme. Anyhow, you can just copy the dropbox links we’ve sent it some browser (like Chrome or Firefox) and download the plugins.

I have added WooCommerce to my website. I think there is an issue as the product page lacks the theme customizations present on other pages. I have checked the theme’s general settings under ‘Footer,’ but there is no option to configure the content of columns 1, 2, 3, and 4, and associate widgets. I’ts only on my theme or is a bug ? tnks

Note that all WooCommerce child pages (like single product pages, category or tag pages) will inherit the settings from the main Shop page (the one set in Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Products). This is a default WooCommerce functionality and it cannot be changed.

In our demo shop page uses different widget area than other pages. This is achieved by creating a custom widget area in Appearance > Widgets where dropdown cart and side area opener widgets are added (please see screenshot).
Then in Mikado Header options on shop page this custom widget area is set as Custom Widget Area in Header (please see screenshot).

This is due to the recent changes in the new WooCommerce update. Due to the latest WooCommerce update there has been some changes in the HTML structure of the default WooCommerce pages. Single product page Images might be affected.
You can downgrade plugin to some previous version (it should display correctly with WooCommerce 7.7) as a temporary solution until the theme update is released.
All the themes will be updated as soon as possible and the layout for the Single product page will be resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Hello again, Woocommerce keeps updating but Buro doesn’t. The issue with the extra images is still unresolved and it looks like this theme is abandoned (2 years without update), or have you got some ETA on this?

The current version of the theme should work correctly with the PHP 8.0.
Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to update Mikado Core plugin when the theme is updated.

hello again. Everything is up to date except WpBakery, which is still at 6.8.0 (whereas it reached 6.13.0), and that should come with the theme, which hasn’t changed since 2021. So I take it cannot possibly be Php 8.0 ready….

I doubt that, as the form reloads with a message “Please provide a valid user”. I tried both email and user (also Envato’s user) but it behaves like it’s not working.

The portfolio carousel cannot be displayed as static unfortunately. It is designed and developed to work as slider. Alternatively you can use portfolio list with six columns layout as displayed here and upload images with vertical proportions.

Hello, I don’t have the licence code, otherwise I would not need your help. I can not enter in the account on ENVATO (I don’t own the email anymore) so I can not check the licence code, also it looks like I have not the zip file with all the download of the theme. As a proof of my use and activation of the theme, I attached the video in the previous message. My ask is if you could email me the zip file, as another proof of my purchase, I can show you the wp-admin backened (that is anyawy visible on the video link I shared) in a videocall, so you know that I am not looking for free theme, but I actually bought it long time ago.
I need you to tell me where I can find the licence code in the wp-admin backend if you know, or please share with me privately the zip file for me to install it again. btw I aso emailed ENVATO explaining the situation, but you could just send me the file zip and all would be sorted out. The mouse cursor does not remain fixed when hovering over a link. I tried to force the style with cursor:pointer but it doesn’t work, it seems like the correct cursor appears but after a few seconds it disappears. There seems to be some script on the page that resets the cursor. This happens on every link (simple anchor), hover portfolio, etc… Do you have a solution? Do you have plans to update the theme?

Hi is there a recent bug with this theme or some other issue? I’ve had this theme for 2 years with no problem and all of a sudden this week the theme is causing issues and my site has been down. I’ve ruled out plugins by disabling all of them and that didn’t fix it. So I switched to a different theme and my site was back up. I did a restore at the server level back to before the issue happened and that didn’t fix it. So the only logic is that the issue is at the theme level since other themes work on the site and I’ve disabled all plugins and even only kept active the essential plugins required for this theme. Please help me figure this out.

The print screen of your changelog isn’t showing up but the changelog on the theme details says Version 1.5 – October 19th, 2020. That doesn’t line up with this issue only being recent. Everything was working just a couple of days ago and I hadn’t made any changes to the site in months. All plugins are updated, and as I mentioned, I disabled all of the plugins to see if any were causing the issue. I also switched themes and the new theme worked, but when I switched back to Buro, the site is back down.
