I purchased your theme with the intention of using it as an affiliate coupon website. Unfortunately, after setting it up and working with your support team, I have realized that the theme does not function in the way required for my use case.
While your support team has tried to assist me, the responses I received did not address the specific functionality I am asking for. Despite my best efforts over the past several days, I have been unable to make this theme work as an affiliate coupon platform, which makes it unusable for my project.
It has now been approximately 5–6 days since the purchase, and based on the limitations I’ve encountered, I would like to kindly ask whether I am eligible for a refund. If a refund is possible, please guide me through the necessary steps to proceed.

I have recently bought the theme and installed but, 1) demo contents were not properly imported hence not showing all the content on the home page as shown in the demo. 2) Can we add affiliate stores and it’s coupons inside that particular store as I have not seen any section for adding affiliate stores and adding coupons and deals. Can it work directly in Spanish without any translation? The example only shows 3 languages and 3 currencies; Spanish and the Euro are not included. 3. 1-) We use MultiVendorX plugin for the seller platform.
2-) We don’t have .pot file for Spanish at the moment. You can easily translate the theme to Spanish.
3-) You can add the currency you need from WooCommerce settings.
4-) You can check the following pages for the registration.
5-) The theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce.

The program says well documented but i do not see any real documentation on how the program works or how to fix things that are not working as expected. Like the search bar is not working to my liking; it does not search keywords, like city names, categories, etc. I see no real documents on how anything works or how the to fix or change it.
What I means is when someone type in the search bar things like Dallas, Los Angeles, 90047, or some other type of keywords; all those vendors who match the search terms are listed on the stores search page. A lot of things are not working as I would like them to; like search results, store banners, and certain information isn’t displaying, I am sure if I am doing something wrong I will figure it out, but I wish there was more documentation on how things work. I bought Dealdot in react by mistake and decided to keep it without a fuss. There’s a lot more documentation on it if things don’t work right then in wordpress although, I will most likely never use it. I buy themes many months or years before I actually start using them when support is long gone. I just wish there was more written documentation on the way things should work.

Like what plugin would be compatible for this membership. I read that the theme only has membership for vendors to signup, but i need membership for users to access discounts.—2) Is it possible for the website to be default in my local currency and language (Spanish)? -- 3) Are there installation videos or tutorials? - 4) Is there a way for deals to be limited (quantity) so vendors don’t oversell?
