Wishlist not working. Enabled in the theme settings. Your Nitro app throws a 404 here https://wishlist.teathemes.net/signup so even with the Wishlist enabled it still doesnt add anything to the wishlist in the account. Is there a fix for this???
how to import demo (Shoes store) in shopify.
I recently purchased your Shopify theme from ThemeForest. While I was able to successfully import the theme into Shopify and see the default data, I am having difficulty accessing or importing the other demo designs/layouts that were shown in the preview.
Unfortunately, I could not find any option to import these additional demo layouts, and the documentation link provided with the theme is also not working.
Could you please guide me on how to import the other demo designs into my Shopify store? If possible, please also share a working documentation link or step-by-step instructions.

unable to upload the theme. i just purchased it. error: The theme file uploaded is invalid because the zip file should have the theme slug folder please help
May I know the exact error you are getting? Did you extract the zip downloaded from Themeforest and uploaded Basel.zip file in Shopify themes area?
I mistakenly bought a Shopify theme instead of a WordPress theme. As I cannot use the theme for my intended purpose, I would like to request a refund.

I’m looking at an image of this theme that says supports shopify 2.0, I’m reading that you have drag and drop page builders, but this comment dated one month ago from you says different: “Basel doesn’t support Shopify 2.0 so you can not add section to the other page unless homepage.” I want to be able to create various pages using a variety of sections with your drag and drop page builder. Is it possible or not? You have conflicting information.
I have a pre purcahse question. Can we add a custom images masonary grid in each product page. If yes can you please share a demo link for that

Unfortunately thr is no test feature because we provide full source code of the theme. You can check our demo and it will look and work same as our demo
How can you add a “Read More” link in the short description when truncating the text by a set value? If you set this, which is a good idea, it sometimes reads as though you’ve not finished the content. It needs a “read more” link that links to the Full Description Tab. Is there a way to do this?

If you were to read that above, you’d want to know the rest of the text wouldn’t you? But there’s no visual simplicity to do that. If you truncate the text, it needs a “read more” link to take the visitor to the full text otherwise it just looks like incomplete information.
Hi every one, Demo website is not the same thing you’ll receive, only blank page without any list or Pictures … don’t waste your money …
You must be missing something, we have 3600 + customers and they are using our theme with no issues.
Did you follow import guide to setup theme exactly like our demo or email us on jakjim@gmail.com and we will guide you for it.
The search functions seems to display any product thats added regardless of its status. I have products that are draft, archived, removed from sales channels, are not set to sell once out of stock and they still get displayed in the search. This needs a quick fix please as I’ve had to disable it.

Thanks for your response and apologies for my lengthy delay in response, I have been away from this project. I’m not sure this is a “support” issue as it feels more like a bug to me? I’ll happily create a staff account so you can see this for yourself if you wish but is seems the search code just ignores product statuses and displays everything. WARNING: Don’t believe the reviews. I can’t even set up this theme and their support is dismal:
• Their Wiki/Knowledge Base is broken. Every article just has a spinning wheel. No help.
• The “contact support email” link inside the theme’s “Dear Customers” section is broken. Address starts with // and fails. Remove the invalid characters and the mail bounces.
• The other knowledge base on their site for Basel has a section on importing demo data but that section references folders that don’t exist in the download and 1 file that doesn’t exist.
• The seem to want you to use eComposer plugin, but that plugin can’t import any of the templates.
• There is no easy way to use a different template than the default.
• I opened a support ticket hours ago and have not received any reply.

Does it have any dependency on jQuery? I liked the template and would like to use it in a ReactJs based application, however I do not want to use any 3rd party JavaScript library like jQuery. Please let me know which JavaScript libraries this template is dependent on. Thanks.
