Bought Saren last year as the pages / themes were beautifully presented, since then, Fashion and Furniture has had frequent incompatibility issues breaking the website. Unfortunately, the number of unrelated elements cause pages to load slow, if you’re lucky to see it load straight away (for new visitors). Yes, while you can add loading pages, new visitors will be waiting for minutes for the loads and yes, you will hear their complaints.

Thanks for the theme, but I’m having a problem with the variable products. I created a variable product, and the variations are visible right above the “buy” button. The button says “choose,” but I can’t choose the variation. The links don’t work. How can I fix this?

I kindly asked for a help regardless the accessibility of the theme because its a so major thing nowadays, and its been almost 3 months that i provided anything you asked me and you keep closing the ticket i make without any notice or action. Please once again check the thicket #4513286. Accessibility is really important on the websites nowadays.

When i added the request my Support wasn’t expired. After 3 months of no answer, now it is. Im more than happy to renew it, i did renew twice if you see your logs because i trusted your team when the version 1 of this theme was full of bugs, and you guys did an excellent job to improve it. I have no intentions to escalate anything or to write here in the comment sections, but you left me no choice after 3 months ignoring me.

I love the theme, some great animations available. I am however struggling to get animations to work when I import a widget from the template library. It imports all the elements but the animations as seen in the original demo of that corresponding demo dont work.

Also I tried the build grid on scroll option (I uploaded a kit from Zenya, I have a license for that theme as well). And it doesnt work, the grid does not build on scroll…. its just sitting there static.

Can you please help? I have opened a ticket yesterday as well but not heard back yet. I am currently stuck.

This theme is a nigthmare, everytime wordpress or woccomerce or elementor updates there is a crash or a problme that must be fixed with hours ot AI and custom snippets, when are you planing to update the theme and possibly repair all its mayor faults in js.
