Hello, I have a friend with a problem on her site, she didn’t updated wordpress so it stopped working because PHP incompatibility, she has Skylab 2.1.1, I’ve updated wordpress, and now the site is working, but Skylab needs an update to work, currente version is fully compatible, i must advice her to update or to create a new site. Thanks a lot, her site has been working unmantained for a very long time.

How do I remove the title “Kenneth Demo – Skylab – Responsive..” from the title page?

Hi, I am having issues with menu sub-items not appearing on the mobile phone. I am currently using the Kenneth template. It works fine on a laptop/desktop, but not on my iPhone or iPad. Please help.

3.8 to 3.9 broke all my galleries. It seems to have something to do with the imported CSS that is manually in the wordpress games to make the “image slider mt” gallery actually fit and size as it should because it loaded when I removed that manual CSS but looked and sized incorrectly. I emailed for support and didn’t hear back (seems to be a theme in these comments) and rolled back my wordpress.

I did notice too, however, that these gallery pages on 3.8 just straight up freeze on iOS despite working correctly on android and firefox and chrome on windows. Again, no response from the developer.

The update broke the portfolio page, just doesn’t display correctly and ignores all the options. Its broken and inputting the demo which looks fine doesn’t work/display right. If support has run out is that it then? we are just left with a broken product. Seems a bit suss tbh make an update to break it then only way to get any help is pay for extended support. .... quite a suspicious model here.

Hello. I am considering switching to one of your demos (Sue) for this theme but I don’t like that the main left menu disappears until the new page loads when selected. Is there a way to have the menu stay solid while the main page loads? I just wanted to know before I go to the trouble of installing it. Thanks!

After the most recent Skylab’s theme update my portfolio page imploded…dropping all column and grid structure….and most portfolio galleries inaccessible. Emailed for support on this and have not heard back.

be careful with the latest theme update (Skylab Version: 3.9.1): for me it just demolished all Portfolio Pages. The galleries are no longer displayed, used “Image Gallery MT”. I saw an error at the console, screenshot: https://we.tl/t-Dfiy40Y8R4

What is the reason for this dear team of Skylab? Two or three updates ago I had a similar problem. There it worked if you created each gallery again. That was not a good feeling either…

Don’t you do any tests before you release updates? This is really annoying…it would be nice if I could provide a solution here quickly.

WPBakery Page Builder stopped working although it’s bundled with the theme. WP and theme are up to date

Hi, i’d like to use the portfolio view to display some design projects as well as gallery grids with an expanding lightbox for photography.

On the skylab preview page the tile “gallery grids” implicates that this should be possible – hovewer as far as i can tell no live demo for this theme incorporates the gallery grids feature with an expanding lightbox.

Upon further investigation i found the exact page(s) shown in the sample image from the “gallery grids” tile – but as a live demo for the “Heat” theme.

Now i’m wondering whether this feature is also possible with the skylab theme? Maybe you can help me understand the differences in functionality and features between skylab and heat!

I would be very interested in the theme. Unfortunately, the links to the individual demos don’t work so that you could watch them – please fix them!
