Before purchasing a license for the Poco theme, I have 3 questions:
1. Does the mobile and tablet menu support an accordion-style layout for each subcategory (so that each level expands individually when tapped)?
2. Does the theme include infinite scroll functionality on product listing pages, automatically loading the next set of products without pagination buttons?
3. Is the theme fully compatible with PHP 8.x and OpenCart version 3.0.4.1?

Yes there is setting to enable multi level menu with accordion, but infinite scroll is not available. and yes theme is compatible with php 8 and oc 3.0.4.1
Can this theme be used normally without a license?
Yes. but you will get support only for single domain

I’m currently using MazaEngine v1.13.9 on OpenCart 4.1.0.3. When I click the Clear Cache button, I receive the following error message:
“Permission Denied! You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.”
However, I’ve already gone to System > Users > User Groups > Edit and enabled all permissions for my user group, including access and modify rights.
Could you please advise what else I need to check or configure to resolve this issue?

Before purchasing your theme, I would like to confirm a specific feature.
If I create a custom layout using the Layout Builder, can I assign it to a category by going to Categories → Design → Stores → Layout Override, and replace the default layout with the one I created?
I’m looking for the ability to override the default layout per category, using layouts built in Layout Builder.
Please let me know if this is supported in your theme.
Yes you can. and not just a layout, you can also assign different skins by category

Yes but not by catalog toggle, you will need to disable cart and price option. if it is for some products only then you can create catalog layout too and select into product

Actually it is your site specific issue only. maybe something is related to setting.

We are experiencing an issue with the Poco theme on OpenCart version 4.0.2.2. When SEO URLs are enabled in the store settings, the Quick View feature and Product Options/Attributes on some product pages stop working.
However, when SEO URLs are disabled, both features function correctly.

I have tried in /catalog/view/theme/mz_poco/template/checkout/checkout.twig and removed the {{footer}} But it is not working

php code works fine but in tamplate/twig file its not working, tried to disable maza cache, admin sass theme cache, clear modification, clear browser cache. Please help

go to extension -> mazaengine -> catalog -> checkout and disable our theme checkout
our theme checkout file is /catalog/view/theme/mz_poco/template/extension/maza/checkout.twig

It is not about our theme. it is opencart CMS. change to default theme in same website and check if works or not?
and make sure cache is disable in mazaengine -> system to check

Hi, I want to report that the WEBP converter is not working on a fresh installation of OC 4.1.0.0. Could you please provide instructions on how to fix it? I need this resolved as soon as possible.
Also, the Store icon has been brought back in OC 4.1.0.0 but isn’t working with the Poco theme, this issue with the icon isn’t urgent for me, but I do need the WEBP converter fixed quickly.
I think it is already fixed! Click on version number below the clear cache button and update theme
Clicking on the version number solved both the WEBP and icon issues. Sorry, I didn’t even realise I could update it that way. Thank you for your amazing support!
I think icon issue was not fixed. i just released update today for this. go to same page again and update theme to 1.13.7

2 I sent you urgent help request (without registering on freshdesk portal) since I uploaded the template, imported data from https://demo.pocotheme.com/admin/index.php?route=extension/maza/skinUploaded to my new website – and I see images (they imported I see a folder there), skins only 2 show and not loading when I save them. I taught I did that correct but obviously not.
