Thinking about purchasing. The description states that there is a Figma file included. Does the Figma filed include all template designs? Does each design has its own Figma design file or is there just one parent design Figma file? Thank you.
Yes, all template designs are included. They are provided in a single Figma file, with each design placed in its own frame. Please note that the file may not be perfectly organized, as it was originally created almost ten years ago and has been updated and arranged over time.

Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, I haven’t worked with HubSpot yet, so I’m not fully sure about its requirements. From a quick check, it seems there is no direct option to import custom HTML templates, and the system mainly relies on HubSpot’s native builder.
To be safe, the template may not be compatible with Koble or custom HTML in HubSpot at this time. If you are using a paid HubSpot plan and have additional information, please feel free to share.

Sending emails directly from Outlook is not recommended. I suggest using a dedicated email service provider instead, as most email clients are designed primarily for plain-text emails and only support limited HTML styling.
All CSS in the files is already inlined, except for a few responsive styles in the `<header>`, which might cause display issues when sending from an email client.

I tested it with Sendfox, but the layout is not fully compatible. The “Code your own” option also requires a paid plan, so unfortunately it’s not supported at the moment. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Yes, absolutely. The file you’ll receive will be in HTML format. If you have some basic knowledge of HTML, you’ll be able to edit it using any code editor of your choice.

I uploaded the purchased zip file into the template section of Mailster,but I only see the ‘Koble – Blue’ template. Where can I find and use the other templates?
I found the solution. You need to extract the entire set’s zip file first, then find the zip file inside the ‘Mailster’ folder and upload that one, instead of uploading the whole set.

Ensure that you import the zip files from the Mailster folder one by one. Do not compress the entire Mailster folder and upload it all at once.
Just bought this for Mailchimp. I have a few questions:
1. When I try to delete a block, it doesn’t remove it. I also cannot duplicate a block except for the header. 2. How do I delete an element in the block? Do I have to remove it only in the code section? 3. Every time I click save and close, and when I go back, only the header is visible. I think the issue with #1 above may be breaking the rest of this template.

First, the Mailchimp template editor for custom HTML templates is different from the template builder, and some options are not available by default.
1. The header serves as a default module. This module can’t be deleted; it’ll be used for adding a new module. How it works is to add a module and switch to the other.
2. Mailchimp template editor can’t remove module elements. This function is only available in Mailchimp template builder. You have to remove through the code.- Mailchimp template builder doesn’t support custom templates.
- Template editor mode is where you can switch between code and design view. It is for the template developers to implement code and check on the template (Edit design tab), not for the user to finalize editing content.
I’m sorry for any confusion, but that’s just how Mailchimp operates.

Greetings. I understand you’re talking about their editor, which has a drag-and-drop function for elements (demonstrated on their landing page). Sadly, most of these editors cannot accommodate 3rd party custom HTML templates.
If you prefer to avoid editing HTML, two options are available now. Both require a subscription. The first option uses Stampready, as seen in my demo, or you can use Adobe Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver may require some HTML knowledge, but its preview function for HTML editing has simplified it. This allows you to see the changes when you edit at a code level.
Customizing an HTML template without using HTML may have limitations based on the editor’s capabilities. The majority of modules are tailored to achieve the desired look and layout. You will find that the templates with a free editor all have the same layout design. This results from the editor’s limitations, which influenced their design.

Just to get you right: either I use stampready (and pay for a subscription) to manage the template without HTML knowledge or I have to edit the code in an HTML program like Dreamweaver. Editing in Dreamweaver is basically done through the HTML, but with the included preview function it makes it a little bit “more convenient”.
In both ways I save/export the edited template and then re-import it to SendinBlue as an HTML layout – correct?
Just wondering, because you stated that the template is compatible with SIB, but basically you mean you can import the HTML files there. Or is there anything else meant with that?

That’s correct! Stampready is an ESP that allows you to easily import, edit, and send emails within their platform. To use the emails with other services, you need a subscription to export them as HTML files. Using Dreamweaver, you can edit HTML files directly, just like working on a Word document.
Yes, you can import the HTML to work with SIB, nothing else. In short, ESP’s that are compatible include the ability to import HTML templates.

Hi, The template customised options will be provided and depend on each email service platform. For example, if you use Mailchimp, you can edit text size when you add content through their Campaign builder.

Sorry, but HTML emails cannot be sent using email clients such as Gmail or Apple Mail—HTML emails perform best when used via an email service provider.
Email clients are better suited for viewing HTML emails than sending them.

Hi, Stampready is optional for customizing the template, not required for utilizing the template file, because many ESP. do not provide an editor for a custom HTML template. You can also edit the file in the package with any code editor (it is far more flexible than any template editor).
Mailchimp, Mailster, and Campaign Monitor are email services with an editor for custom HTML templates. However, their functions and ability are differ.

Hi, I’ve never heard of Elemailer before. I look through their website and document. It appears that there is no way to import a third-party template. The template can only be built natively. It’s safer to say Elemailer doesn’t work with the template. Sorry.
