The slider revolution requiere a purchase code, the theme include a license for revolution slider thanks?
The purchase code is only required to access the library of sliders provided by the authors. We do not include a license key with the theme. The module’s functionality remains the same, whether a license is used or not.

Responsive behavior is a key criterion for us. Based on our tests of the demo version, the mobile navigation appears quite basic and lacks visual refinement. Could you confirm whether the mobile experience is fully optimized and functional, and whether you provide alternative UI/UX options for the slider and mobile navigation, considering that mobile browsing represents approximately 80% of our traffic?
In the mobile version, particularly when using the hamburger menu, the items displayed in the “Women” section seem to replicate those found in the footer. This behavior may indicate a configuration issue or a template bug.
In its current state, the template therefore presents some inconsistencies. Before moving forward, we would like to know whether these points are already identified on your side and if any fixes or improvements are planned.

Regarding the menu items issue you mentioned: The behavior you’re observing where “Women” section items appear similar to footer content may be related to how the demo is configured rather than a bug. I’m creating a category page using the “Creative Elements” pagebuilder; is there a way to have filters show by default on desktop view (in a separate column) but hidden on mobile view? Then on mobile view the user should click a button to toggle filters visibility. Thanks

Hi Actually I’m using “Alysum” v.9.0.0 Theme Settings v.2.1.1 prestashop:8.2.1 php_version:7.4.33 . if I uprade my website to the last version of Alysum what can be happened , what’s new of the last update ? is it compatible with php_version:7.4.33 ? if I decide to ignore this update , will be risky for my store ?

Hi. If you are still using PS v8, you can stay on Alysum theme version 9. If you decide to update your Prestashop to v9, then the theme should also be updated to the latest version.

Hi. The Page Builder module was removed from the theme over 4 years ago. At the moment, if you want to update the theme, you have to delete that module and use Creative Elements instead.

Thanks for your reply. Right now I’m usin Alysum Version 9.0.0 on my PS 1.7.8.11 website, and it seems to me it works pretty well. Do I need to downgrade to 8.3.0? Or can I keep using the 9.0.0?
If it works well, no need to downgrade. We stopped testing the theme v.9 on PS1.7 because it’s not supported by prestashop anymore

The version of CE included with the theme is 2.5.0. We haven’t tested version 2.13 since it’s a paid version and we don’t have access to it.

I have purchased and downloaded the latest version of your Alysum 9.1.5 theme. I made a fresh install of PrestaShop 9.0.0 (PHP 8.1) from the official website, but unfortunately, the theme does not work.
There are errors when I try to activate it, and it is impossible to switch from the Classic theme to Alysum.

I found the issue! The service promokit.pkamp.hooks.header is defined correctly in your config/common.yml file, but there’s a problem with how it’s being loaded. The issue is likely that PrestaShop isn’t loading your service configuration properly.

I have upgraded theme to v8.3.0 for PS v8.2.2 and I have problem with product Filters. They gone. I can see in HTML that there is button but its hidden – btn pk-filter-button hidden Is it possible to have filters as in previous version – right column. Right now I dont see any filters at all..
Hi. Try to reset Faceted Search module. Also you can try to clear prestashop cache, Faceted Module cache and reindex. I believe that’s not theme’s issue
I made category page with Creative Elements and now problem solved. Maybe you can help me with another issue. SVG icons are missing (not all). For example these are not working anymore:

All working now, fixed all issues except one – Instagram module is not working. (v2.1.1). I have generated my IG App ID and Secret, I also can generate instagram token manually, but that also doesn.t work. So when I save my IG ID and Secret I get error in module settings: Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token.
Then I trying to connect to my IG account and I get another error: Invalid Request: Request parameters are invalid: Invalid platform app
UPDATED: I found the fix, new Elementor widgets whcih asks only token – works!

But how to get paid content? There a lot of templates are coming with the theme. And import of them works fine. So paid templates should also be imported fine. The only issue I see is that there will be some paid widgets which do not exist in the in-stock CE version
