We purchased the Froday theme in 2020 along with dedicated support, but ended up putting our project on hold. We are now finishing the site build and pleased with the theme, but it appears the WPBakery Plugin version is not up to date. I sent a more detailed email via contact form.

Before i order the theme i have questions about the pop-up coupon:

can i add different image for each coupon pop-ups?

can i add rate thumb up and down for coupons pop-up?

Can i remove the sign up email in the pop-up?

Can i add share button in the pop-up?

In the coupon page it show the image top and text in the bottom can i change the position of the image to be in left and the text next to it?

Can your theme be setup for no cost deals? e.g. Deal seekers would add a deal to their cart, but upon checkout, no payment required. Issue the deal seeker a voucher that can be redeemed at the merchant location. The merchant would collect all fees at their location.

A pre-sales question – does the theme currently (October 2022) provide the option to make coupons visible only to users with a paid (ideally monthly or yearly) subscription?

We’d ideally like to be able to have…

1. Publicly available coupons. (No login required.)
2. Members only coupons. (Have to register & login.)
3. Paid membership only coupons. (Have to have paid subscription and be registered/logged in.)

However, your existing docs (which are otherwise excellent) don’t appear to show the coupon creation process/options.

How can I remove “Select Your Category” option ? know that it’s possible because of your older responses but I don’t see any setting for it. I would also like to know if the category names on the homepage can be center aligned and how

I have a couple of questions before I buy. We are looking for a website solution that will compliment a printed coupon book in multiple local markets. All the coupons will be for local businesses (think pizza places, etc).

1. Is there a way to set up these coupons for redemption in person? For example scanning a barcode, qr code or some other way at a physical location?

2. Is there a way to insure that each individual user can only redeem 1 coupon and not reuse it multiple times?
