We are interested in purchasing your template and would like to confirm whether it can support our planned setup.
We want to showcase hotel room offers on the website – each room page will include a booking form from an external company, embedded via an embed code or iframe.
Additionally, we’d like to have a section with hotel attractions, which can be booked for specific dates and times – this part will be handled through WooCommerce.
Would it be possible to implement these features in your template (embedding iframes on product pages and using WooCommerce products for bookable attractions)?

Congratulations for your nice theme.
I’m currently using the Cozy Stay WordPress theme for our hotel website, and I’d like to create a special offer where clients who book 3 nights get the 4th night free.
Right now, the theme’s built-in offer settings only allow me to apply a percentage discount for stays of 3 or more nights. However, I would like to set it up as a true “Stay 4 nights, pay for 3” promotion, where the system automatically deducts the cost of one night from the total.
Could you please let me know if there’s a way to configure this directly through the existing settings or if a code snippet/filter can be added to achieve this?
If it’s not currently supported, I’d like to request that this functionality be considered for a future update, as it’s a common type of hotel promotion and would be very useful for property owners using Cozy Stay.

Top/Bottom placement option for the booking form in the tab layout. Also in the rooms in the tab layout the room booking form has available left or right or hide and there is no up or down. So when you visit from mobile the booking form is far way down making difficult for the customer to find it.
Presale Question: Is it possible to change the post type from “Room” to something else, like “Property”? Same with the slug of rooms. I would like multiple properties to be listed in this like villas, resorts, apartments

Hi,
I am currently customizing my client’s’ website, which bought your theme, CozyStay.
He only has 1 unit to rent (1 room). He needs to show the room availabilty (available and unavailable dates) in the search form of the homepage, just like on the room page.

They are two different types of forms. The one on your homepage is designed for room searching, and the theme currently doesn’t provide options to make it work the same way as the form on the single room pages.

Is it possible to charge/bill a cancellation fee, e.g., 30% for cancellations made 4 weeks or more in advance and 80% for cancellations made after the start of the booking period?

The theme uses WooCommerce for payment and order management features. Currently, WooCommerce does not provide an option for customers to cancel an order. Orders can only be canceled by the site administrator.
2/ Is it possible to show not available rooms as “not avalaible” in the “Room Search Result” page? For example with a corner ribbon, or grey colored, or similar?
Currently the “unavailable” rooms will not show on the room search result page. The theme doesn’t provide options to change that.
3/ I need to integrate a Virtual POS system called “Redsys” as a plugin in WooCoomerce, is it possible?
Any payment gateway plugin compatible with WooCommerce will work fine with CozyStay.

The theme uses WooCommerce for payment and order management feature. WooCommerce automatically sends notification emails to both the site administrator and the customer when an order is placed or updated.
However, it does not send notification emails on the check-in or check-out dates.
