Hey I need to submit the ticket about the event page causing an issue few text coming from nowhere but description is not being shown up, need a support for this but i cant find the theme selection for this when i was https://qodeinteractive.com/submit-a-request/ here and i dont know how to choose this theme for the support.

The description text needs to be edited using Elementor, but first, it is necessary to enable Elementor for all post types in Elementor > Settings.

The server was experiencing a temporary downtime. Our Help Center is working correctly now. To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

CRITICAL WARNING: Theme Unusable & Support System is Inaccessible

I am incredibly disappointed to be forced to write this in the public comments, but I’ve tried your official support channel. Your dedicated support system is broken, and it is impossible for a paying customer to submit a ticket through the proper channels.

For anyone considering this theme, you need to be aware of the support situation. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to simply log in to get help:

Logging in with a Google profile fails and redirects to the login page.

Registering a new account with an email fails and redirects to the login page.

Attempting to then log in with the credentials I just created results in an “email already exists” error, locking me in an endless, frustrating loop.

A support system that prevents you from getting support is a massive red flag, and frankly, it feels intentionally designed to dodge or defer support.

This is my last resort to get help for a theme-breaking bug that has left our project completely stalled for 2 WEEKS. We purchased ProTalks early September, and the theme has been unusable from day one. The demo data import is fundamentally broken and consistently freezes between 50%-60%. This is not a server issue; our resources are more than adequate.

Honestly, this is the exact kind of comment I wish I had seen before purchasing. This entire experience has been a massive deal-breaker, and I am now posting this to warn others.

I require your immediate and direct contact to resolve these critical issues. If this is not fixed immediately, I will have no choice but to request a full refund through CodeCanyon and escalate this further.

Future buyers, please be aware of these fundamental problems before you commit.

If you are having troubles with redirections at our Help Center, this is usually due to the cache. Please clear your cache and try once more. You can also try to register/login using a different browser (in case you have some browser extension in your current browser which causes conflict).

Of course, you can also contact our support through this email, just include your purchase code in the mail, and our support agents will gladly help you.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, please try deactivating Qi Addons for Elementor and Qi Blocks plugins during import (they are not required). If you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it too. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

I am struggling to make changes to the preheader on this theme. Also, I can change the menu, but the menu also comes with text I can’t seem to find where it is neither can I edit it.

I cant edit the footer either. Currently using a pro verison of the elementor plugin. I was thinking this was going to work, but this another £50 wasted.

The content of top header, footer content and widgets inside header can be edited in Appearance > Widgets. For a more detailed overview of available widgets and widget areas please check this section of the documentation.

The Elementor Pro wasn’t used for this theme. All of the features showcased in the demo and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor.

Do this support multiple events ? And is there a way to keep the archive of completed events with all details i.e videos, photos, deck etc.

Requirement : Our Event is happening on monthly basis and there will be a mega event every year, means every month the index page will be promoting that months event, we need to have a feature set for the users to go through the past event and upcoming events.

You can create as many events as you need. You can set the dates of the event, and if the dates have passed, those events are still accessible, and you can display them in the Event lists. To see the options available for Events, please take a look at the theme documentation.
