Hi, I’m using the Inbio theme with the latest WordPress (6.8.2) and Elementor (3.31.3). Unfortunately, Elementor editor is not loading properly when this theme is active.

When I switch to a default/Elementor-friendly theme, Elementor works fine. With Inbio, I see multiple JavaScript errors in the console (e.g., from particles.js and slick.min.js), which seem to conflict with Elementor’s editor.

I have already increased my server and WordPress memory limit (PHP 8.1, 1024M memory available), cleared caches, and tested with only Elementor active, but the issue still occurs only with this theme.

Could you please check and provide a fix or update? Elementor compatibility is essential for my site.

I recently purchased the InBio theme on ThemeForest and attempted to activate the license on my server . After several technical checks, I discovered that one of the required IP addresses for your license server (125.253.#.#) is blocked by my hosting provider . Only 199.26.#.# is reachable.

If I had known in advance that the license activation required access to these IPs, I would have tested connectivity before purchasing the theme.

Unfortunately, I’m now stuck after the purchase with no way to activate the theme on my server.

Could you please provide a manual activation method or an alternative way to import the demo content without connecting to the license server?

I’m experiencing an issue where the Meta title of projects and posts is not showing up. Instead, my website name is appearing there, which doesn’t look right. This is happening despite having the proper plugins installed, like Yoast and Rank Math. How to fix this?

I uploaded the theme and setup the settings, after doing all the necessary settings, the demo import is not working and its saying Import Failed:

Then I disabled Woocommerce plugin and have some home page but I have missing top menu and icons in “what I do”. Also still without Woocommerce.
