We already provide WooCommerce payment gateway compatibility. If your local payment gateway is supported via a WooCommerce add-on, you can use that add-on with KiviCare without any custom integration.

Currently, in KiviCare, when you disable the billing module, it will remove the billing section from the sidebar, and the billing modal will not appear when closing an encounter — the encounter status will update directly instead.
However, while creating a service, the amount input field will still be displayed at this time.

As of now, there is no built-in option to hide the charge field specifically for the doctor role. Currently, the only available permission is to hide the billing section for the doctors module.
If needed, custom development can be done to restrict access to the charges field.

Presale question! Has the speed been improved? Many say that the theme is super slow. I also checked the demo and there are over 300 requests and a minimum load time of 15 seconds, on mobile it goes to 30, which is really bad.

KiviCare is mainly built for medical clinics, but you can use it for an online training center with basic scheduling features. Zoom integration is already included for appointments. For Google Meet, you’ll need to purchase a separate addon.
The theme itself doesn’t limit the number of students. However, the actual number of participants depends on:
Your Zoom/Google Meet plan (they set attendee limits), Your server’s capacity (for handling site traffic), Any plugins or custom setup you use. Let us know if you need help with setup or customization.

but for advanced Zoom features breakout rooms, webinar mode, in-meeting controls, etc.) may not be fully accessible directly from kivicare dashboard . Those would still function within the Zoom platform itself, but might require additional custom development if you want to control them from within the KiviCare dashboard.
