I’m kinda wary renewing support since it’s so slow right out of the box. I’ve tried multiple instances of it, and its slow on a brand new install on different servers, service providers, etc. I think the code needs to be optimized.

Hi – this site was in demo mode since we purchased it and still is (I can show proof). As we’re getting ready to go live we’ve noticed that pages aren’t saving the changes made to blocks / content in composer.
As we’ve not touched this since you helped with the customisation and it’s still not live I’m wondering if you could advise why it’s stopped saving?
We click save but upon refresh the original content is there again.
Any ideas?

Your topbar background is main color, you can change main color in Theme Option or edit home page. Other way, you can change row background in your header page.

The problem is, the header will not change colour at all. Even if we change it on Theme options or header page, it doesn’t show the changed colours on the main page!!!

Can you advise how we replace standard blog layout with the two column version on the demo. This demo -> http://7uptheme.com/wordpress/handmade/blog-list-2-columns-sidebar/
Id like to use the two column layout on main blog page / tags / archives etc because at present they are in list mode. Changing in appearance from list to other option (masonry) brings up 3 columns and different styling to the 2 column display.
Just wondering if it is something in the theme settings before I go editing the templates.
Also the full site search (not the mini search for commerce side) is messy – it’s showing the code from the page builder. See demo here -> http://7uptheme.com/wordpress/handmade/?s=
So the search page layout & results are not looking / rendering properly as it should only display selected pages / posts.

Still finding many errors sadly.
The support is pretty awesome but I’m spending most my time fixing errors as opposed to designing what I want.
In col-sm the menu isn’t responsive and breaks the page. The login padlock in top header is off page on all devices other than full size and it’s near on impossible to create a custom post template.
I’m wanting to create a custom template for a category so created it and it all works but then trying to edit and add custom fields ain’t happening even though I’ve got it rendering and chosen in admin.
I’ll get there but I’m concerned that if you’re updating the template and I need to overwrite it, my major edits will be lost.
As for the menu, as soon as the menu items hit 100% screen width then it should switch to responsive. This doesn’t. It just breaks into line 2 and looks silly.
You cannot press a menu item on an iPad (col-sm / col-md) either. Pressing the parent doesn’t open the drop down. It just opens the parent menu item.
But pointless having mega menu availability with no option to view it on tablets.
I’m not moaning as to be fair you’ve been awesome with your support but the more I’m editing to suit, the more errors I’m encountering.

Also a few more bugs -
- when you load pages there’s a drag and that shows the boxes layout plus the homepage slider overlaps until the page fully renders. Try refreshing the homepage on your demo – it shows boxes layout with overlapping slides until it fully renders. It should have an Ajax loader instead of doing that;
- in blog posts, at the bottom above related article there’s a next / previous post option (just above the related articles slider) which is spelt wrong. Next reads Pext. Also how do we restrict categories to the previous / next so it only shows previous & next posts in that category? At present it shows ALL posts from all categories. Ideally it’d work like related articles and only display posts from that category. Also how do we rename related article as it’s not really the right title;
- The search (top right corner) does not search site content. How can we edit this to include site content & edit the results page layout;
- The contact form is missing;

There are answers for each issue: 1. Menu: We have been responsive for our menu also demo mega menu. But the mega menu you created must be responsive yourself. The dropdown responsive menu work for both of click on the menu item will redirect to item page and click on the dropdown icon will show the sub items. 2. Custom template Please send us the custom post template link and the image of this issue we will check it for you. 3. Load page This issue cause of the Jquery files load after all so you can use preload plugin to hide the content before page loaded. 4. Blog post Sorry about the spelling error. We fixed it for your site. About the box above related article, you can custom it yourself. 5. Search: The current search box supported for products search. You can used default Wordpress search element then custom yourself too. 6. Contact form: We fixed this issue. Please check.
