A single license is valid for one domain only; this is Envato’s policy and applies to all themes on ThemeForest. You may confirm this directly with Envato. However, HUB WordPress allows the same license to be used for one production site and one development site simultaneously.

Hi Liquid, I see several ppl have mentioned the breaking of site when latest hub core and hub elementor addons plugins are active. As @rickbydesign in comments described very well. Is there a general fix to this as I am experiencing the same problem.

All 3 items, theme, hubcore and hub elementor addons are at their latest 5.0.8. Cleared cache, browser cache as well. Activated all essential plugins 1 by 1 but as soon as hub core or hubelementor addons is activated.Site breaks. Is there a general fix to this that doesnt involve rebuilding site from scratch out of frustration lol. Deleted and reinstalled hub plugins from liquid wizard, then tried whole process manually via ftp but no resolve.

5.0.7 revert was a suggestion I saw you mentioned to @rickbydesign, but that isn’t a moving forward solution. Please advise if there is something, a step, you found and used to resolve issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please re-download the theme package? Inside the package, locate the Hub Elementor Addon plugin.

Next, delete the current version of the plugin from your site, then install and activate the newly downloaded Hub Elementor Addon plugin.

After that, clear your browser cache and check your site again.

If the issue still persists, please contact us through our support system and provide your site’s WP Admin URL and login credentials so we can investigate the issue and assist you further.

Unfortunately, the license type you are referring to is not available. According to Envato’s policy, a single license can only be used for one live domain. If you plan to use the theme on five different domains, you will need to purchase five separate licenses. You may also wish to verify this directly with Envato.

I have one additional question: What happens when there are two independent WordPress installations within the same domain, such as a main site and a separate English version (e.g., example.com and example.com/english, or en.example.com)?

Would this scenario still require two separate licenses, or can one license cover multiple installations as long as they remain under the same primary domain?

If you read the Envato guidelines related to the license policy here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard it is clearly mentioned that Number of end products should be only 1.

However, HUB provides the same license to use on one development and one production site at the same time.

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. The theme plugin – Hub Elementor Addons 5.0.8 has an issue: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected token ”;”, expecting “)” in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/hub-elementor-addons/elementor/optimization/widget-assets/rules/widget-options.php on line 335. This was resolved by rolling back to 5.0.7 for me.

I don’t understand which settings or where I can change the “titlebar” text in the “Classic Hub” template:

It should display the pre-page title, but the built-in “Service Detail” text is displayed. And the text I don’t know where to change: “We are here to answer any question you may have.” – does this need to be translated? If so, the “Loco Translate” plugin can’t find this text. Can you tell me where I can translate and change it?

And where is the word “Home” in the breadcrumbs translated?

I am using your theme with Elementor Pro and GeoDirectory. I am building a GeoDirectory listing template in Elementor.

The standard Elementor “Featured Image” dynamic tag works in the editor preview, but it does not display the image on the live listing page. We have confirmed the image is set correctly and have cleared all caches.

When I try to troubleshoot by switching to a default WordPress theme, the entire website experiences a critical error, which proves the site is dependent on your theme’s functions.

Can you please let me know why the dynamic tags aren’t working and what the fix is? Thanks
