Contact form isn’t sending the email.
Hi,
There could be several reasons why this is happening. In most cases, it’s related to your hosting provider. Please ensure that your provider supports the PHP mail() function and has a proper mail server configured.
If your provider does not support PHP mail or does not offer a mail server, you can use an SMTP mailer plugin. SMTP allows you to send emails through your own mail server instead of relying on your hosting provider. There are several WordPress plugins available for this, and all of them are compatible with our theme.

At the moment, the theme doesn’t include a built-in countdown clock, but you can definitely add one using a third-party plugin or a bit of custom code (HTML/JavaScript).
As for autoplaying music — due to modern browser policies (like Chrome’s autoplay policy), autoplaying audio is generally blocked unless the user interacts with the page first. So even if the audio is set up correctly in Theme Options, browsers may still prevent it from playing automatically. This is done to improve user experience and avoid unexpected sounds.

All email addresses are stored either in a .txt file or added to your Mailchimp list.

I just found out that the “Social Icons” of WP Bakery (the tool to edit your theme) does not include a Discord icon. How’s that possible in 2025? And what can we do to still use this, but include that icon?

Hello, I know that my support for this theme has expired but I am experiencing, like others here obviously, a problem sending messages from the form. Everything seems ok on my side, and after testing with other email and different domain name, I don’t receive the messages. If anyone here has a solution, I’d love to hear from you. I have answered your email. Please try an SMTP mail plugin.
We use the default WordPress built-in functionality to send emails, the wp_mail() function.
It can cause trouble in rare cases when hosting providers don’t configure the mail server correctly or don’t provide one at all.
The SMTP plugin will bypass the function and you can use any mailserver you like.

i did get and i did try to use but no matter what i cant edit the theme. i guess i have to wait for the next update and i hope this wont take to long

I sent a support request but didn’t get a reply so I will try here. I cannot get the contact form to send. I’ve tried a few things, like using SMTP Mail which is required typically for Gcloud servers, but nothing even sees the request to send the email in a log. Perhaps you can add a storage for form entries?
Also for some reason, on newer apple phones, the front page logo and words appear for a second, and then vanish. happens on 3 phones I’ve tried.
Theme looks good, but these functions are critical. Can i get some help here?

We use the PHP mail() function to send the emails this requires a configuration of the SMTP settings in your php.ini when you use IaaS services like Google Cloud Compute Services.

i am trying to import theme and it says link expired
The link you followed has expired.
Using our own video, I found out that it’s quite heavily zoomed, losing a lot of detail to all four sides.
I understand that this makes sense when parallax effect is on for the background, but it keeps cutting the edges even when parallax is off. Is there a way to play the video without zooming in?
Great theme, one of the best purchases I have made out of the box. But I cannot make neither the subscription nor the contact form to work whatsoever.

Thank you, we fixed it and it is working brilliantly, this theme should be at least 50$! Now I want to buy your Legendary theme but I have a question, what is the typeface you are using in the Text Slider? If I buy it I want to change the words and this is the exact font that I want to use!

Please keep in mind Legendary is an HTML theme and can not be used with WordPress.
Legendary uses Dosis for the text slider.
Gravity uses Open Sans for the text slider.

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of the name of the font anymore.
I would suggest looking for line-style fonts. There should be something similar.

Attempting to get the form submission field to work but have not had any success.
Have tried multiple browsers, etc. It appears there is nothing coded to trigger the submission action when clicking the button…it is just an image.
Can you please help me to get the submission for users to signup?
Also, not sure if this is connected to it but I am seeing this error when accessing certain elements: The “redux-open-library-context” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.

Gravity Coming Soon is a theme and not a plugin. It will replace your current theme.
You have to use 2 WordPress installations ( 1 for our coming soon theme & 1 for your final theme).
This kind of method is always recommended. In case you have a fatal error while editing your final theme then the instance with our coming soon theme will be completely unaffected by that.
Working with classic coming soon plugins on the other hand might be simpler to handle but would not protect you against that kind of situation and potential offline time that can cost you a potential client.
