does it support WP 6.9 and WooCommerce 9.8.6/10 version?

Hej Guys, me again! We are trying to add a ‘currency switcher widget’ in the Mr Tailor web-shop, using the one given by Wordpress or Woocommerce – not sure. The best would be to have the possibility to place it in the header next to the cart icon, but at the moment the only location we can place it are footer area, page sidebar or shop sidebar.

Do you have any advices about how to have this opportunity as well!!?

Hey there, I have a question. I am thinking to buy this theme, but while checking the information, I have seen that you give the possibility to have the theme active only in one domain.

So my question is, if I buy it and installed it on my domain, and then I create a copy of my website in staging environment, will it give me problem of visualization?

My licence is expired, but i can download update on themeforest, why i can’t install them ? Do i need to renew my licence to be able to manually update theme files ????

I’m writing to you as a long-time, happy user of your Mr. Tailor theme. I understand you are making changes to your business model, and that’s perfectly understandable.

However, since the very last theme update, I am receiving a persistent message on my dashboard:

“No Licence. A license key is required to use Mr. Tailor theme. The theme cannot be updated, no support access. Your Mr. Tailor theme requires a valid license key. Activate your license to access built-in updates and priority support.”

Following these instructions, I took my original purchase code from ThemeForest and pasted it into the designated field. In return, I received this error message:

“License Error. This purchase code is already active on “misterolsen.com”. To use this license on your current domain, please deactivate it first from the original site or buy another license for this site. Need help? How to resolve this: 1. Log in to the WordPress admin of the original site; 2. Navigate to Theme Dashboard > License; 3. Click the “Deactivate License” button. Return to this site and try activating the license again. If you no longer have access to the original site, please contact support for assistance.”

Here is the critical problem: I am on the “original website”. This purchase code has been active on this exact domain since 2015. The theme is incorrectly identifying its own site as a new, unauthorized domain, and I am stuck in a loop.

I have read your new policy regarding updates. I understand that:

- A regular license is for lifetime use.

- Automatic updates are now available only with an active support period.

- Manual updates are always available by downloading from ThemeForest.

My issue is not about the automatic updates. My issue is that this new license validation error, which only appeared after your last update, is preventing the theme from recognizing its valid, long-standing license.

The error message tells me to contact support to resolve this. However, my support period has expired. It seems unfair to require me to purchase a support renewal just to fix a license activation bug that appears to have been caused by the theme’s update itself.

This isn’t a request for customization help or new features; it’s a request to fix what seems to be a validation error.

Could you please assist me in getting my theme to recognize its valid license on my website again?

After updating to the newest woocommerce version, the cart side panel opens completely blank. Also two files in the system status show as outdated: mrtailor/woocommerce/content-product.php mrtailor/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php

@Zahidrangrez and others if you get the CSS file missing error, keep extracting the ZIP file until you reach a folder named “Theme Files” pic mrtailor.zip inside this folder to install and you will have it all in place.

I got an error while installing this theme. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Hi, I’ve just recently noticed that when I click on the cart icon in the header the side bar that opens up is just black, no cart information at all. I see this has been a problem with others before. Is there a quick way to fix this? I don’t really want to spend $100AUD for another 6 months of support when it’s not really my fault that the theme isn’t working properly. Thanks.

Hi, How do I change the user-scalable=no tag in the beginning of the header? where it shows: <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no” /

I tried including a different code it in the Customising/ Additional JS / Header JavaScript Code And it let’s me add it, but it doesn’t erase the previous code, so it doesn’t resolve the PageSpeed Insights result.
