Why is there a problem switching between the header style? The blog posting page only use the header style one all attempt to switch to header style 2 prove abortive. Your support login captcha is a mess. it doesn’t allow me to login to log ticket

I purchased the Visarzo theme 4 days ago, and ever since, I’ve been trying to install the demo site — but nothing works. I contacted support immediately, and after 4 days they finally replied, only to disappear again. Today I spent the entire day in front of my computer sending multiple messages, but no one responded or helped me install the demo content. I do not recommend buying from this seller — it’s a complete waste of time and money!

We purchased a theme through our developer. We have the registration code, but the email linked to the purchase is the developer’s, and we are no longer in touch with them.

Please check if your theme version is 2.6, and if it is not, please update the theme by following this link: https://smartdatasoft.com/docs/gen-docs/knowledge-base/how-to-update-theme/, and then activate the license again. If the update for the Visarzo Core plugin is still not available, please delete the plugin from your directory and install it again (only if you have the license activated). The latest version of the plugin will be installed automatically. Thank you.

I purchased this theme on 2020-10-14. Recently I have noticed my “Visarzo Core plugin” is not updating. My support time has expired, but it should not stop updating my theme core plugins. Also, I don’t know why I have this message “Our theme license system has been changed, Please active again your theme license” on my dashboard all the time even though I have activated the license from the beginning. There is no other instruction on how to do the activation.

I did that too, It is not letting me download the Visarzo Core plugin. It is saying “Download failed. Unauthorized”.
This means that you didn’t activated the licence in new system by clicking the activation button . Secondly if you activated same licence other domain this issue may occured. Check my.smarydatasoft.com and checked. Thank you
