The copyright text should be located in “Footer Bottom Left” widget area in Appearance > Widgets. Since the text is white, please make sure to click on the widget in order for editor to appear.
In case you’re using cache plugin, please deactivate it. When cache plugin is activated, cashed .css and .js files display instead of updated ones, and it looks like the changes you’ve made aren’t applying. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated while the site is still in the development stage.

Hi, I purchased this theme earlier and activated the license on a domain that has now expired and is no longer in use. I need to move the license to a new domain, but I am unable to deactivate it because the previous website is no longer accessible.

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You also have an option to deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
You should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Hi, i uploaded the themes extracted from the zip file via the WordPress admin panel. In the “Wellspring Dashboard” section of the admin panel, under the registration section, I entered the purchase code and email address you provided. When I click “Register Theme,” the message “please wait” appears, and it just stays there. I don’t receive any errors or warnings.
Additionally, even though the Mikado Core plugin is installed, the “Mikado Option” section does not appear in the left admin panel.

- The permalinks have been updated, but we couldn’t reach a solution. - The .htaccess file was deleted, but again, no solution was found. - We are using Hostgator as our hosting provider. - The WP Rest API is enabled.

Unfortunately, there is no option to modify those breadcrumb links. They are defined in the template files, and in that case, you will need to modify the template files if you want to make such changes.

I have done a lot of testing and I have found that in Blog Masonry with Standard Pagination that the theme will not display page two on the Blog with 10 posts, but will display the second page with 11 posts. With 13 posts it will display the second page but give a 404 for the third page. Pagination Load More and Infinite Scroll were not working either with these tests. WordPress 6.6.2 PHP 8.3.6 Wellspring 2.7 All plugins and themes are up to date.

For others with this issue, we were able to find that the WordPress settings for “Blog pages show at most” under Reading is set to 10 by default, but this must match the number of posts set to display in the Mikado settings on the blog page itself.

When updating theme and bundled plugins we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
Please restore the backup of your site prior to update and try to update theme once more by following instructions in the article.

I updated Wellspring to Version 2.6. I am using wellspring on a clients project since 2019. Since I updated the plugin, I have a notification in my dashboard saying: Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Wellspring Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options. When I click on the link, I get notified, that I have no permission to access the dashboard. I have no option to reenter the license code. I am using WP Bakery. Is this message caused by elementor version?
