Why the tag pages don’t filter the articles by the respective tag? When we go to https://colourinvasion.pt/tag/teste-velocidade/ we want to see just the articles associated with the tag teste-velocidade/

We already saw this article https://support.crowdytheme.com/docs/get-started/system-requirements/manage-crowdy-theme-license/ but we don’t have the option Manage Licence, I think due to the message we have “Your key has been installed on another domain(colourinvasion.pt/colour2024)”. So please deactivated the license on your end so that we can activate on the final domain colourinvasion.pt

My wordpress says I have to upgrade Axtra essential plugin from 3.1 to 3.4. There is error for updating. My website doesn’t work due to outdated plugin. How can I fix it?

I am facing Animation Addons issue with your new core plugins since I updated. I am unable to add block or page into my page. It was working fine before and block and page section was importing successfully. Since I have update your core plugin Animation Addons asking for License key for activation unless this is not giving me any block or page to import.

WCF templates section stops working when I click that to import page or block this showing 404.

Please response me quickly.

Regarding the Animation Addons issue — the Pro version of the plugin has an additional plan specifically for plugin customers. Only users with that plan are able to access and use the premium blocks and templates, which is why it’s now asking for a license key after your update.

For the WCF templates section, please check your Site Health status. Once you review and resolve any required items there, the WCF option will automatically appear again on your site. After that, the import function should start working normally.

Hope this clarifies everything. Let me know once you’ve checked these steps.

I’ve never seen such appalling support: two days and the theme won’t activate on a PRO hosting I’ve been using with Themeforest themes for 15 years. There are EIGHT demos, not FORTY as described, and NO ONE has even sent me an XML file for the configuration I bought the theme for. Shameful.

Really bad start: send a ticket because some issues License management doesn’t works with key code and email by envato (the same used to activate succsessfully the theme Demos are only 8 and the chosen one for my website isn’t on the list Axta Essential plugin doesn’t updates from 3.1 to 3.4version as requested

Miscommitment by the Team.

They say, “We update the Theme Twice a Month.”

Last Update was on 21st September.

The 21st September update says this is version 3.0.5

But when you try to update the theme via manual upload, it says

you have currently installed version 3.0.2 and are downgrading to 2.3.1

As of today – it’s been more than a month, and there is no fix from the team nor new updates as promised.

Hi, since we change our website to your theme that we are having serious problems with Google and receiving all kind of critical errors that have hurt the site’s search engine rankings. We’re talking about the theme missing the “item” field (in “itemListElement”), lacking categories or tags for articles, and even lacking a proper portfolio functionality, requiring the use of additional plugins. This is very disappointing, as these are issues we only realize after purchasing and creating the entire project. You should focus more on improving the theme’s search engine indexing and meeting Google’s requirements.

I purchased the Axtra | Digital Agency Creative Portfolio Theme and initially activated the license on a temporary domain that I used only to present the project to a client. Unfortunately, that domain has now expired, and renewing it would cost over 100 USD, which is not possible for me.

Because the old domain is no longer active, I cannot deactivate the license there. Now I would like to use the theme on my new domain, but the system says the license is already in use.

Could you please reset or release my license so I can activate it on the new domain?

Yes, even for the legacy version (1.8.6), we check and test compatibility regularly, typically on a monthly basis. While the theme was last officially marked as tested with WordPress 6.4.2, it’s compatible with the latest versions, including WordPress 6.8.2.

Can slider evolution be used in this theme?

I have purchased the theme and the support has expired. The issue i am facing is that i have registered wrong domain with my license because of which i am not able to use the license on the new domain and when i try to log into the members account to disconnect the license key from the wrong domain, i couldnt log in because i didnt remember the password and when i try to reset the password its showing error ie “A error occurred in sending email please try again later” and i am not able to reset the password.

I even tried contacting your team via mail which i have send on 18th june 2025 but no reply from them as well not your contact form is working. Its very strange that you are making website themes but your own website is not functional.

Please have a look into it and revert me so that i can gain access to my account on your website.

Hello, I’d like to report several issues. I no longer have an active support license because a lot of time has passed, and I’m now setting up a new installation for a different project (I closed the previous one but want to reuse the same theme).

In this new setup, using the files for the “new client,” I’m encountering problems with WFC, such as:

1. Menu (dropdown overlapping and strange shadow in dark version) 2. Accordion not expanding on click 3. Paragraph text with unexpected line breaks due to animations, etc.

How can I contact you? I don’t think it’s fair to pay for extended support when the product comes with these issues by default (your published demo also shows these same problems).

I am creating a single landing page where I’ve added menu items like #about and #service. I want it so that when someone clicks on a menu item, the page scrolls to that section and the mobile menu also closes automatically. I’ve already assigned IDs to the sections, but the scroll isn’t working.
