For some reason, the background image in home-5 example is not loaded optimised: https://listeo.pro/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/listeo_bg3-1.jpg It doesn’t call for the webp version and it’s the full image regardless of the viewer resolution. Can you make it somehow better? On my install everything loads through CDN but this image. Can’t override it with any CDN plugin, this goes directly. Is there any setting to do on Elementor?
If you use CDN its definitely loaded from CDN that’s how CDN works, like “middleman” between user and your server with static files/scripts/pics hosted from the closest server to the visitor. We might take a look but this will get low priority.

It does. If someone will send ticket with simular issue I will take a look but so far no reports and it works on our 3 test sites.
Could be also booking status be wrong like still pending or not confirmed.

Since you are now tracking the events in Listeo Analytics, are you planning on sending them to Google Analytics too? To track cf7, email clicks, phone, sales (with value) as it would be amazing to get rid of all the tracking plugins needed for each event.

Everybody uses Google Analytics linked to Google Ads to drive and track sales. Show me an online shop without Google Analytics.
And it will get so much easier to configure everything.
I know what people use what I don’t know if they will need connecting GA with data from theme. I doubt. If you need full integration with GA – consider hiring developer.
Since you gather all events so nicely in Listeo Analytics it would be a shame not to fire them to Google too. It’s not hard. And this feature will help many decide to go ahead with the theme. Just consider it for the future.

Hi again, there is some problems, payment method not shows up in “booking-confirmation” , you must push 2 time on the “Make a reservation” bottom and i Got error ‘PHP message: Max tickets: 15, Sold tickets: 0, Available: 15’, referer: https://xxxx/listing-category/events/ and you can only make on order, after that one order you get error “pick another day” if you try to order more tickets, thank you

1) Ai search – i do want to disable that for now I’m assuming its not a mandatory hard coded feature. Please correct this if i’m wrong.
2) In future, I don’t want to use OpenAi, i got DeepSeek and Qwen real open models, I’m assuming the Ai search will work very similar or better than OpenAi
3) Analytics update Version 2.0.13 (Nov 10, 2025) looks pretty good. What if I don’t use Ai search function? will this default to regular search and show up in analytics?

2. You have to use OpenAI because DepSeek and Qwen do not offer embeddings model that creates vectors for your content for searching purpose. Chatbot could work with other models but searching only OpenAI. DeepMind (Gemini) offers also embeddings but we didn’t integrate it yet
3. There will be just no stats but in future we will add tracking for regular keyword

It works like this:
First time, when you proceed “Training” it sends content from listings to text-3-embeddings-small model. Model returns for each listing 1536 vectors like [-0.03573717459639271, 0.043122653889584035..]. This is stored in your WordPress database.
When someone searches using chatbot or ai search field his query goes to text-3-embeddings-small it sends back vectors for questions and these vectors are compared locally on your website against listings vectors (cosine similarity calculation). And the better match the higher in search results listing will be

this part is very well understood.
FYI generating vector embeddings from text and using them for search is a well-established thing in most open source models, Not a feature unique to OpenAI. Both DeepSeek and Qwen provide their own models for creating these embeddings at lowest costs.
At some point, i will be planning to use a local box or shared Ai box with the cloud service provider to cut dependency on OpenAi or others, so no server run is required by user queries and no data shared with OpenAi or others.
In short, I’m interested in zero vendor locking, tech brand agnostic way. None of the closed models promise data safety or security.
I liked your original theme, because of the OSM maps, and no google dependency is required. Why not do it same for Ai models?

Because that’s what we decided, tested, and found reliable. Also, that’s what people are used to. Around 90% of theme users don’t even know Chinese LLMs exist, and the ones who do wouldn’t like their data going to Beijing since everyone’s already fine with Google and Microsoft knowing everything about them (lol)

Good point, but i still don’t like the idea of sharing data and also paying for it with a metered billing.
Open source models are not sending data to anyone. We have 2 boxes running for us and some local business users – critical medical data, not a single bit goes out of that box.
Plus there are 100s of new free models on Huggingface.
Anyway, will circle back later on this topic. We are launching hardware systems for data conscious business operators.

I put myself as a business Owner and bought the subscription listing package from my website. Upon logging in to my account, I can’t see a a Subscription package for me to either Upgrade or Downgrade according to Woocommerce Subscription you can downgrade or upgrade from the dashboard. This would minimize customer service if Owners have more control of their subscription.

Hello, What’s the best way to use the theme for space rental i.e. daily, weekly, monthly or annually flat rate rental? I will like the site visitors to be able to select a dropdown to select daily, weekly, monthly or annual options. For example, the user can select weekly then select the number of units i.e. 2 weeks will be weekly option + 2 units How do I add other fields to the booking form field? The booking part has been the toughest to figure out. I will appreciate your guidance.
I’m afraid we don’t have option for “weekly, monthly or annually flat rate rental”, nothing on our demo or item description suggest such functionality. The date range selector for listings is fluid, you can set min/max days for booking but not “weekly, monthly or annually” options, that would probably require some more or less complex customization
Can you recommend a plugin that’s compatible with Listeo to enable this feature?
I checked the Woocommerce option on the theme to use for this variation but I noticed the Woocommerce product pages are’t as functional as the Listeo pages. What do you advice I do?
There’s no any ready solution for that I’m aware of that would work out of the box with Listeo, the only way is custom modification

A couple more questions:
1. Can users add information to existing listings? For example, let’s say features for an apartment listing or missing, can another user add to that listing?
2. Can users add photos, or upcoming events to an existing listing?
3. Can users submit suggestions for changes to existing listing content? For example, let’s say somebody submits something and it’s inaccurate or very minimal. Can another user make a suggestion to change the listing content.

1. currently only admin can add features/custom fields/categories. If you ask me allowing users to do that during submission – would be a mess.
2. They can edit their listings, not sure about this question though, could you clarify?

Thanks. All of my questions were meant for users to be able to update content from listing submissions that were submitted by other people. My thinking is that maybe someone added a listing for some restaurant, they don’t own that restaurant, and they missed out on a lot of things that should have been added. Another user else sees that, and then could add additional content to the listing.
So something like a wiki? There’s no functionality like that, that’s rather unique approach to directory website.

Can you add sorting of rental listings by Max no of Guests, Price low / high? Also instead of Enable price filter, do it automatically if ends of Slider are moved from default Any Min and Max?

no plans for Max Guest filter for now but it’s rather easy to modify, price is a bit tricky as a sorting option because there’s so many elements in pricing that can affect it, it might be not accurate at all. The “enable price filter” filters out also all listings that don’t have any price set, that could be useful in many cases

For example, when I click a date of the availability calendar, it shows a list of times slots and their availability.
Also… I noticed that you can add a number of available slots to a time slot. How is this done? I could not find it in the documents.
