I am looking to completely change out to your theme. But, need to know about the following:
• Can I just replace this with current theme and everything stays the same? As in words, links, API connections, etc.? Then of course, I customize as i see fit? • I can just use this on one page to test it out? • If I were to structure the workflow on this, how I can use this template without going live, to do the whole site?
If you apply our theme directly to your existing site, your content will remain, but the design will not match correctly. And if you import the demo, your existing content will no longer be visible — only our demo content will appear.
So what’s the safe solution?
The simple way is to install a separate, fresh WordPress setup and do all your customization there. After everything is ready, you can migrate it to your main site.
You should be experienced with this process, otherwise your site data may be at risk.

You can combine sections from different pre-built homepages, yes — but keep in mind that some sections depend on earlier blocks (especially for animations). In those cases, you’ll need to bring over the related sections as well so everything works smoothly.

If I import the demo content, will my site replicate the live preview exactly (layouts, fonts, colors, sections, widget areas)?
Is it possible to import only specific pages or sections (for example, the homepage from Demo 1, the About page from Demo 3) rather than the full demo set?
Can I build the site in a modular way — selecting sections individually and assembling them across pages — or is the demo import an “all-or-nothing” approach?
2. Homepage & Site Setup
After demo import, what is the correct procedure to set a specific page as the homepage and avoid the “404 – Nothing here” or broken layout errors when editing with builders like Elementor?
If there are multiple homepage demo versions included, can I switch between them easily (without breaking design/customization) and safely revert if I change my mind?
3. Customization & Page Builder Compatibility
Are all sections and templates of the theme fully customizable via Elementor (or the included builder) — or are there parts that require editing theme files manually (PHP, template overrides, etc)?
Have any known conflicts between the theme and Elementor (or other major page-builders) been resolved in the latest version?
What best practices do you recommend for avoiding fatal errors (e.g., “recent-projects-widget.php” or similar) during theme or builder updates?

1. The full demo site imports together — there’s no option to import individual sections. However, you can choose which homepage to set during import, and that layout will appear as your main homepage. Still, all pages will be imported at once.
2. After importing, you can set your homepage from WordPress → Settings → Reading. You won’t face any 404 or broken layout errors while editing with Elementor.
3. Everything in the theme is fully customizable using Elementor — there’s no need to override or edit any PHP files manually.
4. SEO and URL structures can be customized as needed. However, the theme doesn’t include custom post types like Podcast, Portfolio, or Gallery by default.
5. For performance optimization, you’ll need to use separate plugins — the theme doesn’t include built-in caching or optimization tools.
6. No premium licenses or paid plugins are included. Even on our demo site, everything is built using free Elementor only.
7. If your server doesn’t support PHP mail forms, you’ll need to configure SMTP manually using an SMTP plugin. This is outside the scope of theme support — we don’t provide setup assistance for this.
8. Live documentation is available for reference, and we release updates regularly. We fix only theme-related bugs — not third-party plugin issues. However, if a conflict occurs specifically between our theme and a plugin, we’ll address it. Customization requests are not covered under theme support.

Yes, I try that but it doesnt change on the live site, only on the edit page. Also, with the buttons Im not able to toggle them off, they always appear even when i toggle them off.

I recently purchased the Redox template, but after trying to work with it, I found it difficult to use for my needs.
I tried building with Elementor but ran into several issues — many of the elements seem hardcoded, and I struggled to adjust the header and footer areas. While editing the portfolio demo, I also wasn’t able to unlink the images from internal links to simply open in a lightbox.
Design-wise, it’s a great template, but unfortunately, I can’t use it effectively for my project. I’d like to kindly request a refund.

Please share your domain name and mention where you’re currently active (live site). After that, I will block our theme on your domain. Then kindly send a refund request through your ThemeForest account so we can review and process it properly.
It was used on www.staging.blissmonk.co.za. But I’ve removed it from there and reinstalled my old template.
I don’t see a way of requesting a refund through ThemeForest. I only see links for contacting you.

Hi, I am trying to create a website using this theme. However there are problems with Font Sizes. Instead of REDOX i have 10 letter name including blank space.
It is not adjusting on the Screen. Also I have to use Header of “Modern Agency 3” and need to create a design mixing sections from other pages as well. Please let me know how can I achieve this easily.

You can easily copy and paste any section from other pages — just make sure to include all dependent elements if any are required for that section to work properly.
As for the font size issue, try slightly reducing the font size from the Elementor settings; that should fix the alignment problem even with a longer name. I believe you’ll be able to use it perfectly after this small adjustment.
Hi, I really like the site template but am having issues with the hero image taking a super long time to load. What can be the cause of that?
It’s very likely that our server was running a bit slow at that time. Could you please share your page link so I can check it directly? Page speed also depends a lot on your server performance — our theme itself doesn’t have any speed issues.
I checked server response and they said I am fine but it is taking 6 seconds to load that initial hero which is strange. My site is not public yet and still working on it in WP so not sure how to share until I launch.
Also, the developer asked if you are using some cache plugins and a dedicated server, Can you please check with them which speed plugin they recommend to use to make it bit faster
Your site most likely runs on a LiteSpeed server, so we recommend using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin — it works best with that environment. Otherwise, you can try any other caching plugin to test performance and see which one gives you the best results.

You can place a video anywhere you like — the theme is built with Elementor, so you won’t face any issues replacing that image (with the girl and the bikes) with a video.
Based on your response, I purchased the theme, but when I tried to edit the homepage, I saw that only image formats are supported. That doesn’t seem very correct.

✅ Points 1, 2, and 3 — all are supported. You can easily add YouTube videos by URL in the portfolio, use video backgrounds or popup play buttons in the hero section, and edit everything with Elementor (colors, fonts, gradients, etc.).
❌ However, points 4, 5, 6, and 7 are not included in the current version of the theme. If these features are essential for your project, we’d recommend that you look for a theme specifically built for video blogs or WooCommerce integration.
