Hi don-themes team, I purchased the Wolmart Multi-Vendor Marketplace WooCommerce Theme on 27 June 2023 . My current theme version is 1.8.3 and I am unable to update it to the latest version. When I try to update, it is not working. Can you please guide me on how I can manually update the theme to the latest version? I have downloaded the latest files from my ThemeForest account but need assistance with the update process. Thank you.

, I am experiencing a persistent issue with my website (https://joodim.com). All theme icons (Search, Cart, Account, etc.) are appearing as empty squares with codes inside (e.g., E929). Here is what I have already done to fix the issue: Manually updated the Wolmart Theme by replacing the files via WordPress (Version 1.10.0). Updated the Wolmart Core plugin and all related plugins. Cleared all levels of cache (Server, Plugin, and Browser). Regenerated CSS files and data in Elementor Tools. Forced HTTPS redirect via cPanel and ensured all URLs are secure. Contacted my hosting provider (Contabo) to check for CORS policy issues or blocked font files on the server level. Despite all these attempts, the icons are still not loading correctly. Could you please investigate the cause of this glitch? Is there a specific setting in the theme’s Performance options that might be causing this? Are there any known conflicts with recent Elementor or WordPress updates? Please provide a definitive solution or a custom CSS/Code snippet to fix this display error. Hi everyone,
I have two main issues:
I cannot find a way to translate the “Sold” label on the product page into my own language. Could you please let me know where I can find this setting?
The “Add to Cart” button is still displaying a color from my initial setup, even though I have updated it to match my brand identity. This old color is no longer set anywhere, yet it still appears.
I purchased the theme 8 months ago, so the 6-month support period has already expired, but these two issues have been causing problems since the very beginning.

1) Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Wolmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

I’m using the Wolmart theme and I created a new WordPress menu which I want to assign only to the mobile (off-canvas) menu.
However, I cannot find where the mobile menu source is selected. In Header/Layout Builder I only see the Mobile Menu Toggle settings (style options), but there is no option to choose which WordPress menu is displayed.
Customizer → Mobile → Mobile Menu only controls layout/visibility, not the menu selection.
Additionally, when I try to select a menu, I can only see a few predefined menus in the list – the new menus I created specifically for mobile are not available there.
Could you please tell me exactly where in Wolmart settings I can select which navigation menu is used for the mobile off-canvas menu and why newly created menus are not appearing in the selection list?

Please navigate to WP Dashboard → Wolmart → Theme Options → Mobile → Mobile Menus.
From there, click the eye icon next to the menu you want to display to enable it for mobile.

Shop Pagination Issue (Mobile) We’ve noticed a UX issue on the mobile version of the shop page.
Problem: When a user scrolls to the bottom of the shop page and clicks the Next page pagination button, the new page loads but the screen remains at the bottom instead of returning to the top of the product list.

Yes, in catalogue mode, it simply hides the “Add to Cart” button. As for adding a “Request a Quote” button, that’s not currently available in the theme options. In short:
Dokan is generally more beginner-friendly, with a cleaner vendor dashboard and simpler setup. It’s a good choice if you want something easy to manage and don’t need very advanced vendor controls.
WCFM offers more flexibility and advanced features out of the box, especially for vendor management, commissions, and customization. It’s often preferred for larger or more complex marketplaces, though it can feel a bit more complex at first.
We recommend reviewing the feature lists and demos of both plugins to see which workflow feels more comfortable for you. Whichever you choose, just be sure to install and use only one marketplace plugin at a time to avoid conflicts.

I can confirm that your license is registered on site: https://regiftd.com/ and that is the live site as well.
According to Envato policy, one single license is for the one single live domain only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm this with Envato as well.
So if you want us to reset your purchase code, you have to completely reset that site which is live and let us know again, we will reset it for you.
