1. Site headers and footers can be configured from Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer.
2. Could you please clarify which specific design elements you are referring to? Please note that homepage blocks are configured from the page edit screen. If you would like to configure other particular blocks, please let us know.
3. Our theme is built for Gutenberg and currently does not support Elementor. While you can use Elementor to create your own Elementor pages, you will not be able to add the theme’s Gutenberg blocks to those Elementor pages.

Multilingual Websites :
By default, WordPress does not support multilingual functionality. To create a multi-lingual website, you will need to use third-party plugins such as WPML, Polylang, or Weglot.
Multi-Currency :
WooCommerce does not natively include a multi-currency feature. To implement this functionality, you will need to rely on third-party solutions, such as certain features within the WPML plugin.
Please be aware that support for these third-party plugins falls outside of our standard support scope.

The outdated templates don’t break the view of the templates. It is a routine version update. We’ve released v1.0.48 to update the versions of the templates. Please update the theme to resolve this issue.

To answer your questions:
1. WooCommerce has a free product option. You can allow users to access the product without paying. However, they’ll have to go through the checkout process.
2. You can simply upload the files to a third-party server and share the link here if you do not want users to go through checkout. However, please note that your file may be subject to download abuse by boats if it is exposed.
3. The theme is not compatible with EDD. It works with WooCommerce only.

You have a Language and Currency switcher in the mobile navbar. But there are no settings or documentation for those. How do I edit them?

Thank you for reaching us. By default WordPress does not support multi-lingual websites. However there are plugins like WPML, Polylang, Weglots, etc that allows you to extend WordPress to create multi-lingual websites. Please note that support for these plugins are outside of our support scope.
You can also include a currency switcher by using the WPML plugin.

1. Automatically: You can use the Envato Market plugin to update the Theme automatically. Instructions here: https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/
2. Semi-Automatically: Sometimes, (1) does not work. You should download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. WP will backup the old Theme and install the new one.
3. Manually: You should download the latest installable WP theme from your ThemeForest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.
Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes. Also, we strongly advise that you backup your website and database before updating. It allows you to roll back the update if anything goes wrong after update.

Hello MadrasThemes, I opened a ticket because the theme is not working, when you click any Cartzilla blocks they give you an error message. I’m guessing it is because Gutenberg blocks probably changed in an update and now the theme is broken, can you please fix it with an update or answer my ticket?

I have recently bought your theme but I would like a refund. I’m not satisfied with the product or the support you supposedly offer. i have submitted 3 tickets 7 days ago regarding your broken block plugin but have had no support at all.
