Try to make the SMTP from the theme OFF and setup the wp mail plugin.

If we switch OFF the theme’s SMTP settings, then we will have to re-configure and customize all the email settings again manually. That defeats the purpose of using a pre-built theme that is supposed to handle these functions out of the box. We purchased the theme expecting the built-in features to work properly, including email delivery.

Please advise on how to fix the issue within the theme’s own SMTP/WPQA configuration.

It works well with all the clients, so I told you to try another way to know from where the problem!
