Thank you. How do I enable PayPal as a payment method for reservations? I already have my PayPal business account configured with the “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” plugin, but I can only get the user to click the “Confirm and Book” button after checking availability. They do make the reservation, but that’s not enough. I need them to pay and then complete the reservation. However, the PayPal payment button isn’t showing up; only “Confirm and Book”...
According to your documentation, I’ve reviewed the Listeo booking settings. In the WordPress dashboard, under Listeo Core → Bookings, I’ve disabled the “Disable payments on bookings” option.
I’ve also enabled the “For instant booking, require payment first to confirm the booking” option because I want immediate payment.
I’ve also disabled the wallet page in Listeo Core → Pages. However, when I try to make a booking, the system processes it without payment, which isn’t what we want. What do I need to do to require payment before booking?

Question: It the Chat interface ‘flexible’?...meaning, can I use it to replace the Hero search header on my page? Are there settings to connect it to our CSV/Database for pulling and writing back to/from our data source? 2. Currently it pulls data from wordpress database including posts, pages, listings, products etc. + PDF files if uploaded. Cannot write, only reads. Currently no mentioned features but it’s 1 month old extension so depending on feedback we will be adding new features

When a Business Owner wants to cancel their subscription, it goes to “Pending Cancellation” when the cancel button is clicked. What do you mean by pending cancellation? The admin should Cancel it manually? or it will just be cancelled automatically with the remainder of days on the next due date? I’m using Woocommerce Subscription btw. I don’t want to do manual stuff if I can avoid it. Once the business owner cancels the subscription, I supposed it will cancel by itself without the admin intervention. It will just say “Cancelled” on the Owner’s dashboard instead of “Pending Cancellation”

the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If he already paid for 30 days subscription and after a week he decides to cancel this subscription he still has 20+ days that he paid for, so that’s what the status “Pending Cancellation” is for

This was removed as it never was fully functional feature that could be used for anything that makes sense, unless you have just a few listing you want to filter that way anyway in plugins/listeo-shortcodes/init.php you can uncomment line 53 to bring it back

I have two very important requests. I want to build a mobile app for the website, but I faced an issue when trying to purchase the application builder that you recommended in the documentation. It does not support the payment systems used in some countries, and when I requested that this feature be added, the reply was that the customization would cost a very large amount of money.
So I moved to another solution, which is WebViewGold.
However, I need you to make the mobile menu appear at the bottom of the screen so that the layout looks like a real mobile application. I want it to be a custom bottom menu where I can control the items that appear, along with their icons. This is not a difficult change, but it would make a very big difference in improving the user experience.
Secondly:
I want to control the number of features shown inside the listing card. For example, if I add 7 features, the card layout becomes messy. So I want the ability to limit the displayed features to only 3 or 4.
Third:
If possible, I want you to add a skeleton loading system for the page — something that resembles the layout of the content — to improve the user experience while the page is loading. This would make a huge difference and users will really appreciate it.
Fourth:
On my website, the user pays only 10% of the total amount, and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival. If possible, there are two solutions and you can choose the easier one:
1. Add a field where I can enter the values, so that the checkout page shows:
the total amount
the amount to be paid now
the remaining balance due upon arrival
2. Or add a simple text field that appears as a hint for the user only.
I prefer the first option because it provides a much better user experience.
We are trying to improve the overall user experience, because this is what determines the success of the project.

since the last update from today i have an issue with my map (half screen search result map) the map is showing a place somewhere middle of the sea…(map location is wrong) markers are still there but on random positions

hello I bought two licenses for this theme. i bought the second one recently why is my support not resetting? every time i try to activate the theme on my second website it says the license is used on my first website?? any help? i thought i I buy a second license then i can use the theme on a second website? Am I missing something ?
You have two licenses one from September 2024 and March 2025 and in both cases support expired because itis valid for 6 months.

Its happens if there is a canceled or waiting for payment ticket in the system
It happens if you try to book the same event from the same account that you already have pending booking or you’re trying to book one after another, that’s the prevent someone too book everything
Theres a plugin in the theme https://wordpress.org/plugins/kirki/ its not been updated in past 2 years and have not been tested with wordpress last 3 releases. my debug.log showing this compatibility error thats not letting elementor work
Its definitely not causing issues with Elementor, just can’t. The only thing that might happen is some warnings/depreciations when using PHP 8.0+ with this plugin but these do not interfere with anything.
We have own fork of this adjusted to latest PHP versions, to be released soon with Listeo

90% of people use Listeo with 8.1+. We on development environment 8.3. I can assure you it just works and the issue is with Godaddy limits.

Also disabled the outdated plugins, cleared cache, cleared elementor cache, sync library, saved permalinks again.. still getting internal server error

i dont have support any longer, but my issue is not about support its about the product has bug in it that needs to be fixed ASAP in other for us to use listing types at the frontend for better navigation. listing types is a better way user can navigate because each listing type has it own category. the developer should understand this just like i do. this is one of the main reason i want this theme. just like the way we chose listing type when adding listing, user should be able to chose listing type at the frontend based on what they are looking for on the website. honestly, i dont understand why is not structured this way. now i have to stop this project.
