I used my purchase code for the Alone – Charity Multipurpose Non-profit Theme on a temporary testing site. I have now deleted that test installation completely and want to activate the theme on my main domain.

However, the license system is still blocking activation and there is no option to reset, deactivate, or generate a new activation token.

Please unlink the previous (testing) domain from my license so I can use the theme on my main site.

I don’t think I should have to renew support for this, since it’s the package that isn’t functioning as it should.
