Your support portal website is not loading, it’s says page not found. Need to know if the latest Inoterior version fully compatible with the latest bundled plugin Rev Sliver v7.0.6? Some authors are telling me their themes are not yet compatible with Res Vliser 7.0.6 and some themes breaks when I try to upgrade the Rev Slider. No need to create a support ticket as there’s nothing wrong with my current website running Inoterior theme. I simply want to know if your latest Inoterior is fully compatible with the latest Rev Slider v7.0.6. And also when will you provide a theme update to include all updated bundled plugins.

Hello, I have a question regarding the Inoterior theme. Currently, the theme only provides manual demo content import, and I was wondering if there is any possibility to enable a One Click Demo Import feature. This would make it much easier to set up the demo site exactly like the live demo. I have followed documentation, install all recommended plugins, activate them all but there’s only manual demo file import option. Thank you for your support!

Thank you for the quick response! Everything is working fine now — I forgot to activate the theme license. After activating it, the One Click Demo Import option appeared and the demo imported successfully.

When exporting the design, a 500 error occurs. What is the solution?
To solve the theme import issue, I deleted WordPress and reinstalled it. However, when I tried to import again, it asked me for the theme purchase code. After entering it, I received a message saying that the code had already been used before. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. This matter should not take long, and the support should function like other themes, where I can easily deactivate the key and add it again from your dashboard. Even when I tried to open a ticket to report the key issue, it also didn’t work.
The issue of resolving the linking code problem has been fixed. However, the import theme problem is still the same. The problem has been resolved.

When I upload SVG icons to the Elementor editor, they don’t appear on the page. I tried uploading icons from several websites, and even designed them using Illustrator and saved them. The upload process completes successfully, but they still don’t show up on the pages.

I would like to buy this theme however there’s a major issue with photos gallery on mobile. Did you ever try to zoom in on a photo after you click on it on mobile? It moves down and you can’t see it at all. This is a super basic feature. will you address this ad fix it? Zooming in for detailed view on photos in Projects is extremely important.

Home shops will come to your site but the demo products will not come as we didn’t set WooCommerce to require plugins. So just install this plugin on your website and set yoru shop Settings.
