I purchased two licenses because I genuinely like your theme, but unfortunately I’m facing repeated issues that have become extremely frustrating and are directly impacting my work.

1) First issue (King Composer): Some King Composer elements/features stopped working, which caused certain pages to break and stop displaying properly. To fix this, I had to rebuild the affected pages بالكامل using Elementor, keeping the same design and content.

2) Second issue (Elementor) – the most serious: After that, I purchased another license to build a full website with Elementor. Suddenly, the entire website stopped working without any clear reason. Now, on the other website, any page that was created with Elementor is not working either.

I tried reinstalling/resetting the theme exactly as shown in the video you provide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5m9tC3SAFg&t=61s but there has been no improvement at all.

I work in web design and advertising/marketing, and having my website (and client work) break like this has caused serious damage. This situation is honestly very disappointing, especially after purchasing multiple licenses and relying on the theme professionally.

I need an urgent fix and a clear explanation of why Elementor and King Composer pages are failing, and the correct steps to resolve this permanently without losing pages or having the site break again.

I am facing a critical issue with the Elementor Seosight Widgets plugin. My site crashes with this error:

“Fatal error: Class Elementor\Core\Schemes\Color not found”

This is happening because the plugin is still using the old Schemes\Color class, which Elementor has already removed in newer versions. Because of this, any page using Seosight Elementor widgets immediately breaks.

I also tried logging into your support panel, but I am unable to log in — the support panel itself seems to have issues.

This problem is seriously impacting my business. I trusted the Seosight theme, but the lack of plugin updates and proper support is causing a lot of frustration. I really hope this is fixed quickly so that choosing Seosight does not become the wrong decision for me.

Please provide an urgent compatibility update and also share an alternate way to reach support, such as an email address or any working support link, as your support panel is not accessible.

I have been experiencing issues with the Elementor Seosight Widgets that I have using on my home page for at least 2 years now. I had to rebuild my page twice after tinkering with the plug-ins, turning them on and off, but it crashes every time. Unless this bug is corrected quickly, I will keep my 1-star rating because this plugin has core features with the theme that should be still supported.

hi, since the last update, i am not able to edit pages anymore. i work with king composer tho, but i also tried elementor and same happens. is this my fault and can you help? (if i change theme to a simple theme, i am able to edit the pages again)

For my needs I needed an RTL site. I changed it in the admin panel and filled it with texts and everything is displayed perfectly. I filled in a blog (150 articles). 1. The problem is on the main page of the blog. It shows me the last 10 articles, and I wanted to put more (for example 20) 2. When I go to the next page, I have a problem with the arrows at the bottom of the page in the strip where the page numbers are indicated (I am attaching a screenshot) 3. And I can’t understand why, in the horizontal menu of the site to go to the selected page you need to click on the link 2 times. The first time you click, the menu opens and does not disappear. I wanted to change this, as on all sites, when you hover over it, an internal submenu opens and the visitor can select the page they want to go to.
