How can i make the homepage header banner area to to stick with top. I mean I see that you are technically doing it with JS. but I am going to use custom header. so, after header I want that banner to display.

Using a custom header is not recommended in ListingPro because all the required nonces and theme-specific functionalities are generated inside the default header.php. When creating a custom header, many of these core elements are not loaded properly, which can disturb several theme features, JS actions, and security operations.
The header can technically be static, but the banner cannot, as it requires dynamic actions and depends on the default structure.
For best results and full compatibility, please use the default header and customize it through Theme Options or a child theme rather than replacing it entirely.

I am using a custom child them and there, I am overriding the header-style6.php. do you think we will still have issues? But I am not touching anything that is related to <head> tags or pure head area. Just the template overriding. Is it not recommended?

If you are overriding the file directly through code in your child theme, then you should not face any issues. This approach is completely fine and recommended for customizations.
However, if you are modifying the header using a page builder, then it may cause conflicts or unexpected behavior. In that case, we suggest making changes in the header.php or related to style file inside your child theme to avoid errors.

I am not able to get the same header setup for inner pages. I do not want to use app view headers anywhere. Even if i set that in the setting “Responsive view” i still see mobile app view header. What should I do?
I mean, I want to keep the header menu system to look like same on all pages. I do not want to add those search headers in inner pages.

I just downloaded the file from here (Themeforest) and it is still on version 2.9.9
Please note that latest version is 2.9.10, Can you please recheck. We just checked and found many clients with latest version so its mean new version is well placed over themeforest.
Is it possible to enable image uploads for one category and not for another category? I mean, I have 2 setups. One is real estate and and another is job. Suppose, if a user selects “jobs” image upload is not needed.

We are sorry, but currently there is no conditional logic feature to automatically enable or disable the image upload field based on the selected category. However, there are two practical workarounds you can use based on your setup:
Option 1 — Mark Image Field Required / Not Required
You can simply set the image upload field as:
Required for Real Estate listings
Not Required for Job listings This way, users posting job ads will not be forced to upload images, while real estate users must upload them.
Option 2 — Category-Based Pricing Plans
If you are using pricing plans:
Create a Job Plan and exclude the image upload feature
Create a Real Estate Plan and include the image upload feature
This gives flexibility and controls features based on what category or plan the user is submitting under.

Yes, you can easily customize the Submit Listing / Add Listing page and control which fields appear. There are two options available depending on your workflow:
Option 1 — Control Fields Through Pricing Plans
If you are using pricing plans, you can:
Create a plan where you enable only the required fields (Name, Business Name, Photo Gallery)
Disable the rest of the fields for that plan
This way, users subscribed under that plan will see only the fields you select.
Option 2 — Use the Visual Form Builder
You can directly modify the Add Listing form using the visual builder: Go to WordPress Dashboard > ListingPro CC > Visualizer > FES Builder

You can remove fields you don’t want
You can add or reorder fields This is the easiest method to customize the form layout as per your requirements.

All of the features you mentioned — banner update, color customization, and appearance settings — are our core theme options and they are working correctly. If changes are not reflecting on your frontend, it is most likely due to a caching issue on your site or browser.
To resolve this, please try the following steps:
✔ Clear Website Cache
If you are using any caching or optimization plugin, please purge/clear the cache completely.
✔ Clear Browser Cache
Sometimes the browser loads old data. Please hard refresh or clear the browser cache.
✔ Test in Incognito / Private Browsing
Please open your website in incognito mode to verify if the changes appear correctly without cached data.

For the Listing Archive page: Go to Admin Dashboard > Theme Options > Listings > Listing Archive and choose the style without the map.
For the Listing Detail page: Go to Theme Options > Listings > Listing Detail and simply drag the map section into the Disabled area.

I see API console error in demo themes. Is that normal?

Yes, that’s completely normal. The API console errors appear only on the demo because the live API keys are not added there. It doesn’t affect functionality in any way.
Once you install the theme in your own environment and add your own API keys, those errors will disappear.

Yes, we do support importing all listings/contacts via a CSV file. You can easily import the data using WP All Import along with our MedicalPro Import Addon, including images and other fields — so manual work is minimal.

Yesterday I raised an issue regarding the demo content not importing for the theme, and I have already shared all the required login details as requested. However, the issue is still not resolved, and I have not received any update from your side.
I have tried every possible method including:
Importing demo content from the theme import tool
Manual demo import
Trying different demos (including PlacesPro)
Resetting the website and reinstalling WordPress/XAMPP
But nothing is working, and the demo content still fails to import. I have been struggling with this for the last 2 days and urgently need your support.
Kindly look into this on priority and fix the issue from your end as soon as possible. Please update me on the status at the earliest.

I am a bit shocked and confused because a week back all the documentation links were working and now it says Page cannot be found. Where can i find documentation for Form Builder, Listing Pages, Elementor Templates, Single Listing editing, Locations, Categories, etc. Its now removed from public docs and i am really thinking about complaining to Envato regarding this.
The documentation seems to only focus on the following: Installation basics
Demo import Shortcodes Payment settings Notifications Ads manager
Also your Youtube channel seems to be outdated and no new blog post in last 1 year. Guys if you are planning to close the shop then please have some mercy on us

Where do you guys explain importing of custom field? i don’t see anything related to meta key (if thats used) in your documentation. Your documentation just talks about sample template which has zero custom field in it https://docs.listingprowp.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-bulk-listings/

There is no missing step—custom fields are imported simply by following the sample CSV and adding your custom meta keys as new columns in that same file.

Once done, please send the prepared file to our support team—they will be happy to import it for you directly and also record a video tutorial so you can learn the complete process.
