Hi, my support expired. We are non-profit, building a video site using Streamit. There is a feature request and the organization find it hard to justify paying $80 for another 6 months just for this request. We build TV shows based on YouTube channel videos using ‘year uploaded’ as seasons. Everything was fine, we built the seasons from 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, etc. But there is a problem now since it’s 2026. We created 2026 as new season, but it is placed at the bottom (after 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, etc). And we cannot event drag and drop the season to be on top after 2025. It makes more sense that 2026 appear at first, but to do that, we have to now remove 2025, 2024, 2023, and other previous years, re-add 2026 first and link to the shows in 2026, then redo 2025, 20024, 2023, and so on, which are in the hundreds.
See where I am getting? When we do seasons, we should be able to drag and drop it in between top and bottom. We hope you consider updating this to allow drag and drop seasons according to our custom ordered list.

1. Yes, it is possible. However, it will require code modifications and custom development to properly integrate with Streamit. Adding WCFM and Dokan Pro is a great idea for building a multi-vendor system. Currently, Bunny CDN is implemented for admin-side video uploads only. To enable multi-vendor video uploads, a proper workflow will need to be developed.
2. At present, Membership and Pay-Per-View (PPV) features are available for users. If you plan to allow multiple users to upload videos (similar to YouTube), additional workflows will need to be set up along with Membership and PPV integration. Revenue management can also be implemented, including dashboards for both admin and users, as well as withdrawal options. The main goal would be to establish a complete workflow for both admin and users, similar to YouTube.
3. Yes, this payment setup is possible with Streamit. Stripe is already supported, and transaction fees can be configured and deducted directly from the total payment.

Where can I set the player to be the same width as the video itself? I see that the player currently supports 16:9 and 16:10 videos automatically.

Do the new template updates allow me to put additional images and text on show and episode pages with Elementor?

Yes, you are able to edit all Elementor-supported pages, and you can add images and other widgets there. However, inner pages such as Single TV Show and Single Episode pages cannot be edited because they are 100% dynamic, so they are not supported in Elementor.

Where can i edit the mobile menu at? I dont see any options there
To set the mobile view bottom icons, please follow this path:
WordPress Admin Panel → Appearance → Menus → Select “Footer Quick Links (Mobile Navigation Menu)”
There you will be able to set the navigation links and icons.

I’m using the Streamit theme for Live Streaming and have successfully created a TV Channel with a working HLS stream. However, the channel guide (EPG section) is not displaying below the player.
It appears that the theme requires an external XMLTV API feed for EPG data.
Can you confirm:
Does this version of Streamit support manual EPG entry, or is XMLTV API the only supported method?
Is there a built-in way to generate or manage EPG data without using an external API?
Is the demo site using a preloaded XMLTV feed or a different EPG configuration?

i have a question. what is the setup for video creators to configure their own membership Levels and which plugins to use?

Currently, in Streamit, you can only add content from the admin side. It does not support content creators or user-generated uploads by default. We do provide support for the PMPro (Paid Memberships Pro) plugin, which allows you to create memberships for users.
In Streamit, custom code changes would be required to enable user-side video uploads and allow other users to watch that content. For this setup, creators would typically need to purchase a specific membership (for example, a “Content Upload” membership).

Hi, if we upload our own videos instead of YouTube or Vimeo, will all the theme features continue to work properly? Also, could you please confirm how this will impact the theme’s performance?
In Streamit, you can upload and stream your own videos without using any third-party platform. With this method, all features work properly. However, theme performance can be affected if the server capacity is low, especially when uploading long video files. By using a server with sufficient capacity, you can smoothly upload and stream long videos on your site without any issues.
I would like to suggest two capabilities to keep the viewer’s attention. 1) a feature that would allow a particular movie to be played at a given time only, say 1/1 – 1/31. 2) A feature that would allow the randomized placement of videos in a given lineup so that the user sees different videos with every log in.
This might keep them coming back to find something fresh easily, over and over.

1. Available Options in Streamit:
- You can disable login, registration, and membership
- Users can watch movies, videos, and TV shows without authentication
- Content can be accessed directly without any restrictions, if enabled by admin
2. Content Management:
- You can manually add all content
- You can also use YouTube URLs for videos
- Streamit supports direct import options from multiple platforms
All these settings are available from the admin panel, and you can configure them as per your requirements.

Yes, the TV show works exactly as defined. We provide season-wise episode settings, where you can set episodes from 1 to N and arrange them as per your requirements.
Under Episode Settings, we also provide an Episode Overlay option. When an episode ends, an overlay popup appears and automatically redirects to the next episode, with a Watch Next Episode button available.
We support 4 content types: Movies, Videos, TV Shows (Episodes), and Live Channels. Custom requirements are also possible in Streamit.

We also provide global search in the header, so if users know the content name, they can easily search and find it. If users are browsing content to discover something to watch, they can scroll through all content. To help users find preferred content more easily, we have added filter options.
2. Demo Setup and Performance : In the demo, we showcase all types of widgets so clients can explore all functionalities. After setup, you can customize the homepage as per your requirements, which will reduce site load time. Additionally, using optimized, low-size images will further improve site performance.
3. SEO Plugin Behavior : The SEO plugin works automatically on all pages. However, you need to first add your content with proper titles, descriptions, and images. This will help improve your site’s SEO score.

To integrate Streamit functionality into an existing site, several changes are required. If you are not using the Streamit theme, you would need to develop a custom frontend to display movies and related content, because the pages, layouts, and designs are part of the theme, not the plugin.
The Streamit plugin includes only the core functionality and admin features, not the frontend design.
If you want to use Streamit functionality with your existing theme, it is possible, but it will require custom development and code changes using the Streamit plugin.

Thank you for reply. After I submitted the question, I thought that most likely for example the Elementor widgets, those I would have to develop on my own. I could, but would be time consuming. So I decided I will just create a sub-site on my multi-site setup and purchase run the theme. I would prefer not, but it’s ok. This way I can have a TLD specifically for it. I am interest in the mobile and TV apps. Some years ago I did ask about the TV apps and I see that one has been developed for the non WordPress version some time now. So I assume soon enough the WordPress version of the TV app will be available.

2. Streamit Laravel - With the Streamit Laravel version, you can also create a sub-domain(sub-site) of your existing website to run a streaming platform. This Laravel setup can be used as a backend for the mobile application. - In the Streamit Laravel version, the TV app is already available and ready to use.
