1. When I’m trying to import the demo content of the theme, then it is not getting imported and showing an error code 503. 2. When I’m trying to import the individual data manually, then also, it is extremely slow. Each page is taking 5-10 minutes. Even then, it fails some times and gives an error code 404. 3. After importing manually, the demo data is still not getting displayed when i visit the site.

Hi – Beautiful template! For me, the icons and headers aren’t working – ive checked all the permissions. It almost seems like a plug in is missing? I have all access but am unable to even swap one icon for another or swap background images. I’m using wpbakery. Also, the rows keep losing the stretch function and seem to be inheriting from the row above, even when I’ve put in a new section. Appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!

Severe Performance Issues – Pages Take Over 60 Seconds to Load

I recently purchased and installed your WordPress theme from ThemeForest. The setup went smoothly, and I followed the documentation to configure everything properly. However, I am experiencing a critical performance issue: each page takes more than 60 seconds to load. This makes the website practically unusable in production conditions.
To mitigate the problem, I installed a caching plugin (W3 Total Cache). Unfortunately, it did not improve the situation. The performance bottleneck persists regardless of caching, optimization settings, or server-side adjustments.
Here is a summary of the issue:
Page load time consistently exceeds 60 seconds
Caching (W3 Total Cache) has no noticeable impact
No heavy custom code added
Issue occurs even with minimal plugins enabled
Server resources are not saturated during loading
At this stage, the theme seems to be the main culprit. I would like your assistance in identifying the root cause and applying the necessary fixes. Could you please provide guidance, recommended configuration adjustments, or patches to resolve this performance problem?

Good morning, I’ve installed the template and the sample files, but I’m having a problem: I have two headers: one for the entire website and another on the blog page. I can’t change the latter, even though I go to the blog page and see the one I want in the “Desktop header” combo box.

At the moment it is installed on localhost and there is no way to access it.
If you create a new page with a header, it looks fine, but when you assign it to the posts page, the header changes.
Post page – inherits the global header set from appearance >> theme options. Can you check what header is set there

Hello again, The mobile headers aren’t displaying on the blog or store pages. They’re set to inherit on their respective pages, and the corresponding mobile header is set to header settings/mobile header in the theme settings. I’ve noticed that the mobile header isn’t loading in the HTML of these two pages.

Unfortunately, the page is under construction under a private IP and is not public.
In this case make sure the mobile header is set globally from appearance >> theme options >> general
And make sure the page you check has the mobile header to to inherit
All of that is correct. I have two headers created: Desktop 1 and Mobile 1. Under Appearance/Theme Settings/Mobile header >> Mobile 1 On the Blog page, Mobile header >> Inherit
The Desktop 1 header for Desktop is built the same and it does look good.
It only happens to me on pages with dynamic content

It’s now fixed. I clicked the reset section button in the theme settings and it works. Now I wanted to ask how I can get the footer to change to its corresponding language. I can change the header from Appearance/Menus, but not the footer.
What plugin do you use for Multilanguage ?

I didn’t have time to ask for help for the deadly slowness of the theme last night as the customer just ordered the site and suddenly said “it has to be finished on monday”. So I made the purchase, uploaded and examined, tried some ways to sort the speed and the reason. But couldn’t find any way out. I hadn’t read the reviews made before my purchase and after it shows buggy, I saw that slowness problem was chronic. Than I wrote the review. So, now, for a quick rollback, if you have any sugestions for the problem, i can have a quick look at it. But if you ask my real opinion, a refund will be much appreciated.

I’m sorry dear author but after spending more than half an hour with your product, writing a review takes 20 seconds if it doesn’t work. I was in a hurry to show up something to the customer so rather than opening a ticket and waiting for your response (don’t know how long will it take in a saturday evening), choosing another theme was a way better option for me. BTW, the way you respond to unhappy customers will not bring you more customers but quite the opposite.But of course you know better. Thank you for your time. Please refund.

In your download pack you can find the textron-child.zip – install it. If you will need to override parent theme file copy the file to child theme with the same folder path

The File Involved:
The errors are occurring in the enovathemes-addons.php file, where SVG files are being loaded using the file_get_contents function. For example:

Suggested Direction:
We believe that modifying the theme to use local file paths instead of URLs for loading SVG files could resolve the issue. This approach would prevent the server from needing to make external HTTP requests, thereby avoiding the timeout errors.
Could you please investigate this issue and suggest a solution? If possible, would you be able to send us a modified version of the enovathemes-addons.php file with the necessary adjustments?
