Hello Eventiva Support Team,
I’ve purchased and imported the Eventiva demo from ThemeForest to my site www.wellnessewavefestival.it, but I’m facing two critical issues:
1. Logo disappears/missing on scroll (sticky header)
The logo shows correctly on initial page load but disappears completely when scrolling (no sticky logo appears).
There is NO “Site Logo” element in Header Builder/Customizer, and I cannot access Elementor Header templates because I don’t have Elementor Pro.
Need CSS or theme setting to make logo appear on scroll
2. Event Slide widget – Second Title (2026) stays huge H2
In Elementor Editor > Event Slide widget > Content tab, I change “Second Title” (which displays “2026”) to H5 or H6.
Also tried Style tab typography settings, but after publishing/preview, it always reverts to large H2 size.
Custom CSS attempts partially work but get overridden by theme styles.
Changes visible in editor but ignored on frontend.
Note: I do NOT have Elementor Pro, so solutions must work with free Elementor + theme settings/CSS only.
Could you please provide:
Exact CSS code for sticky logo visibility on scroll
Specific fix for Event Slide Second Title sizing (H5/H6, ~24px)
Demo site: www.wellnessewavefestival.it (live issues visible)

After downloading, please update your theme. Then, go to your Plugins page—you will see an “Update Required” option for the Control Events plugin. Simply click the button and the plugin will update automatically.

Twice I installed the theme and the demo content disappeared. A third time it worked. I worked on the site for 3 days… then all of a sudden all the demo content including all the work I did disappeared.. I need HELP!
I think its an elementor plugin issue. Elementor was in the installation pack. I deactive the plugin and all my work comes back, but the theme/css is broken. I turn it back on, and all my work is gone.

How can I edit e.g. the hero section, if I would like to hide certain components like “Music Maestros”. As far as I can see you cannot within the Elementor Editor? Why are those sections so fixed and inflexible?
So as I can see e.g. Event Slide is part of the html template and I cannot adjust it with Elementor like I would like to.

This is not true. Yes you may edit everything you can see but you cannot change the template of e.g. adding things within the sections of the landing page. Because those sections are not constructed with elementor elements.
Here as an example in demo4: https://themeperch.net/eventiva/demo-4/. Can I add let’s say a simple image between Aural Euphoria and the subline starting with “Where melodies transcend boundaries”?

Okay I understand. It would be nicer to but the single atoms/modules/components as custom widgets so we as a user just have more flexibility and doing layout through containers in elementor itself.

Hi, yes, existing content is very important, and cannot be lost. I’m interested in demo 4 and demo 5.

Hi, I managed to insert the demo content on another server. But now with any change I make to the page with elementor I get a 413 error when saving. This is the configuration of my server: PHP max input variables 1000 PHP time limit 300 PHP memory limit 512M max input time -1 PHP max file upload size 2048M PHP post max size 2048M
