We want this product section to display 12 products in total, arranged in 3 columns and 4 rows.
We have already set:
Columns = 3 Items Per Page = 12
However, the setting does not work. No matter what number we enter in Items Per Page, the grid always shows only 9 products, in 3 columns and 3 rows.

Previously, I accidentally applied the default WordPress search style to all search forms, and as a result, it also affected the original search box style provided by the theme. Now the theme’s built-in search box is no longer displaying with its original style.

We are experiencing an issue with the popup function on our website.
We created a WeChat QR code popup in Elementor and tried to trigger it from the floating contact icon on the right side using the Popup action. We have checked the relevant settings multiple times and also tried different methods, but the popup still cannot be opened properly from that button.

How can I remove product-category from this URL? I want to hide the product-category slug from the category URL.
1.Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Permalinks (or Settings → Permalinks → Product Permalinks section)
2. Find the “Product category base” field Clear it or replace it with a single dot . (a dot is the most reliable way to effectively remove it)
3. Click Save Changes

When I leave the field blank, the product pages stop opening. When I change it to a dot “.”, the product pages still do not open.
So at the moment, this method does not work on my site.

So to solve this we remove the parent category products and make all other child categories have no parent. And woocommerce permalink structure /products. So the full url now is ==> for category: https//beiyiexcavator.com/products/pile-breaker/ for single product: for category://beiyiexcavator.com/product/single-product-name
Also we saw you have no shop page. So we added a shop page but the page title is Products. That will take the user to the /shop page. Where all products will be displayed.

No – you can’t make it products – it will conflict with woocommerce. I just enable shop page without price then it should not come payments and also banner is coming from “Banner Shop” template. Thanks

According to your request – need to add extra field for external link on each blog post that one will redirect or open new tab. For portfolios if you want to add external link on title of portfolio item then need to same thing. And also need to implement on frontend also.

Currently, the theme does not include a built-in floating contact menu. However, it does offer sticky header options along with an off-canvas panel.
You can add buttons to the sticky header, and the off-canvas area can be used to display contact actions such as call buttons, links to the contact page, appointment booking, and key information.

I have completed my website using your theme. But the issue is that all the alignment is completely dispersed across all the images. But when we log in to the admin panel and then access the website, the whole website content alignment is fixed, but as soon as we log out, the whole pages are desynchronized again.
