Hi there. I’ve bought this theme twice some years ago. One site is still working and the other website that this theme was used for is now completely changed and uses different theme. I tried to reuse this theme for a new website I’m working on but when I try to install the parent theme I receive this message “The link you followed has expired.” Is there any solution for this?

This is usually caused by the maximum size for theme uploads set to low level.
The limit is determined by your hosting provider’s server configuration.
You can bypass the WordPress dashboard entirely by using an SFTP client like FileZilla to upload the theme folder directly to /wp-content/themes/

1. Import the entire demo into another WP instance and use Bold Builder’s clipboard features to copy the content and structure of the desired page

If you take a look at the JavaScript console of the browser, you will notice that the cause of this is a CORS policy error related to icon font files. Here’s what’s happening:
Your website (https://monabelladisain.ee) is trying to load a font file hosted at https://monabelladisain.ee/wp-content/themes/denticare/fonts/Development/Development.woff, but the request is redirected via https://spcdn.shortpixel.ai/.... Because this results in a cross-origin request (your site to ShortPixel CDN), the browser will enforce CORS rules. The CDN is not returning the necessary Access-Control-Allow-Origin HTTP header, so the browser blocks the font from being used.
Please consult the caching plugn author or technical support related to https://spcdn.shortpixel.ai/ on how to set the proper CORS policy.
Reverting to the old theme version will not resolve the issue.

The current version of the theme is 1.4.0 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/denticare-changelog.txt
So, this is what you should do:
1. Update the Denticare theme using one of the methods described here: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/
2, Update the Denticare plugin once you update the theme (their versions should always be in sync)
3. Purge the cache (if you are using caching plugin on your site)

Are you using a third party plugin for google captcha? We are asking as DentiCare does not offer google captcha related functionality out of the box.
The best option is to contact the plugin’s author and ask for possible solutions. The theme itself does not modify contact Form 7 functionality in any way, so they should be able to provide guidance related to Contact Form 7 integration.

We have managed to resolve the issue and sent you an email with the explanation.
The thing is that the change is reflected only when you are logged into wp-admin, so we guess you have some kind of server cache implemented.
Please purge it and it should do the trick (we were not able to find the option to do it from wp-admin).

In order to update the theme you can use one of the methods described here:

Hello there, I received a website using DentiCare theme from the site owner for some maintenance works, after the customer updated to wp 6.6.1 the website totally stopped with a critical error and a wite page, i failed even to access the admin dashboard so i disabled the theme from the file manager
my question is may i know if the domain is registered in your database or not? if yes we can extend the support license to let you solve the website problem and update the core files to the latest wp version, if no it means the theme is a GPL or nulled so we have to go legally and purchase a license from evanto then back to you to solve the problem, the domain is iccpcs.com

There is no way to pair up the domain and the Envato’s theme purchase code.
The best option is to buy the license of the theme, download the latest theme version from ThemeForest (latest theme version is always available in the Downloads section of the TF account) and update the theme using one of the methods described here: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/. Once you update the theme, make sure to update the Denticare plugin as well – theme version and Denticare plugin should be the same version.
