Looks promising, but checking the construction theme on mobile – it’s completely broken and has elements completely unresponsive.
A lot of the templates seem non mobile friendly in design it also takes forever to load any templates on any device (loading screen).
A lot of potential but needs more work!

The design is perfect for me. And I’m also a big fan of “Farah”. But with this one I’m concerned about performance. The current preview https://zeyna.pethemes.com/agency/ is extremely lagging for me compared to your other themes. Checked on two different devices (screen jumps and jitters when there’s video or any simple effects, 1-2 sec mouse lagging in certain sections, content flashing in and out, page randomly scrolling to the top by itself etc.). Very bad on Chrome. Noticeably better on Firefox and Edge. PageSpeed Insights show speed at 30 on mobile. I’m wondering is there any room for improvement here later down the line? I love the designs.
