I think the theme developer is no longer updating the theme. There haven’t been any updates since 2024 — it’s a shame for such a beautiful theme.

I’m currently using the Discy theme for my Q&A website , and I’m facing an issue with the Ask Question form submission.

Issue:

After clicking Submit, the form takes noticeable time to process

There is no proper loader or feedback, so it feels like the form is stuck

The submit button remains active, which may lead to multiple clicks

Even after successful submission, the page does not redirect automatically to the question page , it eep scrolling loader and end up page crash

some time End up with Duplicate questions , i go through on your demo website there was also same problem , i hope you should fix this

The problem we face is that there are many similar questions in our community, and every question has an answer.

I want to merge or delete similar questions and move existing answers to questions that are not deleted.

I’ve looked for this feature on Discy, but haven’t found it.

Are there any plans to add this feature to the next update? I think, that feature is very useful for Q&A websites, especially for moderators.

I’m making changes to the theme, but they’re not immediately reflected on the site. For example, I upload a logo, but the old logo remains. Similarly, I change the sidebar type, but it doesn’t change. Is there a caching problem?

Dashboard Access Issue: I am currently operating a WordPress Multisite network. Following the installation/activation of the Discy theme, I am unable to access the WordPress dashboard (/wp-admin) on within the network. When attempting to log in, redirected to subdirectory homepage which I created. Site Information: • Website URL: tipsweb.in • Multisite Setup: Subdirectory • WordPress Version: Latest • Discy Theme Version: Latest Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Before contacting support, I attempted the following to resolve the issue, without success: 1. Cleared browser cache and cookies. 2. Temporarily deactivated all plugins via FTP/File Manager to check for conflicts. 3. Verified .htaccess and wp-config.php file permissions and settings for multisite. Because I cannot access the dashboard, I am unable to configure the theme settings or manage the site content. Could you please investigate if this is a known compatibility issue with the current version of WordPress or if there are specific server configurations required for Discy on a multisite network? I’m currently using your theme and noticed that in the AI settings, there is only an option to input an OpenAI API key and select OpenAI models. I’m interested in using other AI providers, such as OpenRouter, which offers a wide range of AI models, including Gemini and Deepseek, for greater flexibility and potentially lower latency.

Would it be possible to add support for additional AI APIs, such as OpenRouter, and allow users to select models from these providers in the AI settings?

We are using generatepress wordpress theme we want comment section convert into forum.

Like user can login / join conversation etc.

Hi again, Lightbox doesn’t work on the question loop if the featured image .webp or .avif. I tried to update custom.js and prettyphoto.js but didn’t work. I don’t actually need lightbox but when I disable it all feautred images opens the image on the next tab when you click on it. It should have link to question page not to image itself.

Purchased Discy but core email features are failing. SMTP is configured and WP Mail SMTP test succeeds, yet registration and “forgot password” emails are never sent. Submitted a support ticket and attached screenshots please respond urgently.

We are now facing another issue with Google reCAPTCHA.

After generating the Site Key and Secret Key from Google reCAPTCHA and adding them correctly in both the Discy theme settings and the WP settings, the reCAPTCHA still does not appear or work on the Signup, Login screens.

Everything is already enabled from the theme options, but the feature simply doesn’t function on the frontend.

Please help resolve this at the earliest, as this is affecting the core functionality of our platform.

I was using debug mode to find an issue on a plugin but I saw also this error about the theme as well.
