I installed BoomBox theme on a brand new server.

This is a completely fresh server with full cPanel access, no other websites, basically zero load, and the site itself is still brand new and empty. I only uploaded a few 2 images, and the pages are still loading forever.

What is even more concerning is that when I click into a post, the page also keeps loading forever. I have honestly never seen anything like this before on such a clean server setup.

Also I try with Redis – The server also has Redis enabled and connected correctly. Redis usage is around 1%, so this does not appear to be a server load issue. Something is definitely wrong.

Please check this ASAP and let me know what is going on.

I need this project urgently, and I really do not have time for long delays or unnecessary troubleshooting. If I do not hear back quickly or if this cannot be resolved fast, I will have to cancel this purchase and request a refund, because this kind of performance on an almost empty website on a fresh server is simply unacceptable.

I was actually planning to build 5 more similar websites, but if the theme performs like this on a clean server, that will not be possible.

Please reply as soon as possible.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the boombox-theme-extensions plugin used with the Boombox theme.

The following warning appears repeatedly in the server logs:

PHP Warning: Undefined array key “default” Path: /wp-content/plugins/boombox-theme-extensions/libs/all-in-one-meta/core/classes/class-aiom-post.php Line: 212

This warning is triggered multiple times per request, which increases server load and may affect performance.

Environment details:

PHP version: 8.4

Server: LiteSpeed (LSAPI)

WordPress with LiteSpeed Cache enabled

It appears that the code is attempting to access a non-existent array key (e.g. $array[‘default’]) without proper checks, which results in warnings under PHP 8.x.

Could you please clarify:

Whether this is a known issue in the current plugin version

If there is an update that resolves PHP 8.x compatibility

Whether a fix is planned (e.g. using isset() or null coalescing ??)

Also, please advise which PHP version is officially recommended for stable operation of the Boombox theme and its extensions.

I can provide additional logs if needed.

Hi. I’ve posted this many times previously (when I paid for support), and it’s never worked. I still can’t get updates with WPBakery. I try through your automatic update with the plugin but it gives me this message:

Update failed: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?

I see other people have the same problem. Please help fix this. Maybe provide the plugin separately, and we can upload it ourselves. thanks.

Sorry, but this was answered many times – the updates for all the pro plugins including WPBakery are delivered with the theme updates, we’re planning to release another update later this month. It works this way with any other theme on Envato.

When I get an answer here, I solve the problems in most cases, but there is something to improve on the support, because it is critically below par, as I see, the answer is not very good anywhere else… I solved the menu question, but I am still waiting for the answer to my Zombify question, I show: “The other question is, will Zombify have an update to connect it to the Membership plugin? For example, it could be possible to separate how many images a user can upload in each package, currently it is managed as a unit.”

Sorry, but we already answered once your “Membership plugin” question – there is no specific integration which is ready to work out of the box, so this will require custom modifications on your side.

I’ve already solved this, but can we agree that SUPPORT, for which you asked for money for the template, is zero even among friends? There is PLENTY of room for improvement on this. It’s a joke that I bought a template and I have to solve functions that should otherwise be included in Zombify. Overall, I’m dissatisfied with the service you provide, and as I see others are too. So if you’re going to offer something, add support to it. You have to wait 1 month for a 1-2 sentence answer to a template…. no comment.

I’ve encountered a bug with the header color setting:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the header color to for example white in the settings 2. View the page on desktop – the header displays correctly in white 3. Switch to mobile view

Expected result: The header should be white on both desktop and mobile views.

Actual result: The header changes to white on desktop, but remains the default yellow on mobile.

Environment: • Desktop view: ✓ Works correctly • Mobile view: ✗ Does not update

Please address this as soon as possible as it’s affecting the mobile user experience.

After installing the latest version of the theme and plugins, my WPBakery Page Builder plugin is version 8.6.1. The new version of this plugin is 8.7.2.

This plugin won’t update automatically from the admin panel.

Question: How can I update this plugin to the latest version 8.7.2?

The login and registration function has not been working properly for several days. If I enter the data – username and password – it thinks for a long time, then nothing happens. If I somehow log in, I navigate to the main page, where the small profile picture at the top is not visible (as if I had not logged in), but if I click on another link, it appears. This is also a bug. The third problem is that it does not work with the Paid Membership pro (PMPRO) plugin, it lives a completely separate life. When will you fix these bugs?

We don’t have any specific integration for Paid Membership Pro plugin.

Regarding the login – please check if it’s caused by any 3rd party plugin on your side, especially caching plugins. If there is still issue after deactivating 3rd party plugins email us via form here https://themeforest.net/user/px-lab#contact with the access to check it on your side.

Question, does anybody knows how to remove the word Or and the Embed / URL tab from the Create Video page? Want to only keep the the option Video file for uploading. Thank you

Currently there is no such option, this will require custom modification in Zombify plugin. You can also try to hide it with additional CSS.

Someone can help me, the support is off… I have a problem. I am using WordPress + BuddyPress + Boombox theme on my own site and when replying to group posts, I get a JavaScript error. The comment field appears, but when sending or during the reply process, I get an Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘addEventListener’) error in the browser console, the stack trace points to a file named share-modal.js. The error occurs in all browsers, without extensions, and in incognito mode. The WordPress core, BuddyPress plugin, and Boombox template are up to date, and disabling the plugins individually did not fix the error. A solution is needed that fixes the faulty JavaScript code without replacing the template (e.g. by protecting the affected addEventListener call or checking the appropriate DOM element).

Since the support doesn’t exist, but it takes a lot of money, I’d like to ask you for help. Under Buddypress, the system doesn’t allow the “reply” function in groups, citing a timeout. I’d like to make a very important suggestion for the external URL embed functionality (Zombify plugin). When a URL is added, if someone tries to add the same URL again, could you add a warning message that says “this URL already exists”? That would be great. For example, I added https://demo.com/deneme-23. Another user also tried to add the same URL. Could you provide a warning message that this URL already exists? (This feature was available in the Bimber theme.) Thanks Regards

Before when I post “a embed youtube video link” it will automatic create an thumbnail / featured image. But now when I post it NOT AUTO show image, it post new post without featured image. But when I go to “Media” section I see featured image there. What is a problem?
