Sorry, I just have more questions. When I was looking at the theme on the seller side. Is there a way for the seller to meet the buyer who wants their services at their place? Like for instance, if I am the seller and I offer lawn care services. A buyer in my location wants me to mow their lawn. How does that work. Is the buyer information such as their address shown to the seller after booking is completed or do the seller need to ask them prior to booking an app?

Also another question. When I was checking around the demo theme as the owner, I noticed that after booking is complete the person has to pay manually. Is the booking payment not automated and the person doing this has to do it manually? What if the person refuses or “forgets” to pay to the sellers?

Does this theme have any way to verify guest and sellers (or hosts) similarly to ID verification? Or how does that works?

Another question while I was looking at the theme. Can the listing have recurring plan to keep it active or is it a one time fee?

First of all, thank you for the great work on Listeo. We really enjoy working with the theme, and after spending quite some time reviewing the documentation and testing the platform in depth, we’re very impressed with its flexibility and overall design.

As we plan our roadmap for the coming phases, we wanted to kindly ask about a few more advanced features that we couldn’t find natively in Listeo at the moment. We completely understand that Listeo is not meant to be a full PMS or an enterprise-level booking system, but having some visibility into the future direction would really help us with long-term planning.

Hello! One of my merchants requires the buyer to agree to their Terms of Use. Dokan offers this option. The store settings available to the Merchant in the Listeo office also have this option. However, the buyer does not see these terms anywhere. What needs to be done to make the Merchant Terms of Use appear?

Found a problem: Rental Listing named ABC is renamed to ZZZ. Customer books and pays for it but in Cart it’s shown as ABC and email confirmation shows he booked and paid ABC. Can you fix with next release?

How can I make messages hide arabic phone numbers as well?

I’m facing a very strange issue on the website. The comments are appearing twice on the same page, and I can’t identify where the problem is coming from or what is causing this behavior. I would really appreciate your help in finding a solution.

1. If I create a listing on the site (as admin) and a user tries to claim the listing, is there a way to force them to upload proof of ownership and pay either a one-off or subscribe to an annual package to claim the listing?

2. If a paid listing expires, can it automatically get dropped down to a free plan?

3. If a listing for a specific place or business already exists on the website, how do you all go about making sure a user can’t recreate a duplicate of that same listing again? I would like to ensure all listings are unique and that there are no duplicates. Is it possible to show a message like “This business already exists” or something to the user if they create a listing that already exists?

Hello Lukas, and team, I created a support Ticket on December 6th, and I got a reply back asking for Admin access, which I replied back giving you access. I have followed up 4 times, since then and haven’t received any feedback or updates.

This isn’t my first support ticket, and normally your team is very good in getting back. And you also have my Admin access to my site, so I don’t know what’s going on, but can you provide an update?
