Guys, this theme its so slow that I can’t even complete the configuration. I’m using 512MB of physical memory instead of the recommended 256MB. This is a fresh hosting so I’m running a clean Wordpresss with the theme.

I understand the frustration, but performance in this case is not determined solely by the theme itself – it heavily depends on the server environment and configuration. Even with 512MB of PHP memory limit, several other factors affect backend speed and theme setup performance: • PHP version (8.1/8.2 recommended) • OPcache enabled and properly configured • CPU allocation (shared hosting often limits CPU seconds) • I/O limits • Database performance • Object caching (Redis/Memcached) • Server response time (TTFB) A fresh WordPress install does not automatically mean an optimized environment. On many shared hosting plans, the bottleneck is CPU throttling and I/O restrictions rather than memory. We’ve tested the Jacqueline theme in optimized environments and it performs normally.

I need to change the subtitles font and I can’t find where to do this. My client does not like that font at all and he wants to use a different one (Montserrat), but when I go to change fonts it only shows text and titles, not subtitles.

Hi! Also, the buttons are not changing color automatically. I changed the colors under the Theme options, but when I go to the button is not changing colors. Are the buttons using a different setting to pull the color?
Btw that article does not address my question. So your theme has a bug. Because it does not have an option to change subtitles font.

To answer your questions:
1. Yes, you can deactivate the license on the staging domain once the site is completed, and then reactivate it on the main domain. This will not cause you to lose access to any Premium features. The license only manages updates and support – it does not affect your site’s content.
2. Deactivating the license on the staging domain will not delete or alter any data. All of the following will remain fully intact:
page layouts
theme options and settings
Elementor configurations
general site settings
any imported or custom content
Therefore, the migration from the staging environment to the main domain will not result in any data loss or corruption, as long as the transfer is performed properly (through a migration/duplication plugin or a full export).

I’ve recently updated the ThemeREX Addons plugin to version 2.37.0. The theme doesn’t load the custom tabs anymore after the update. It worked fine with the previous version. Unfortunately, I don’t have a backup of the previous version. Do you have any idea what may be causing the issue?

According to Patchstack and recent CVE reports (CVE-2024-13448), all versions of ThemeREX Addons <= 2.36.1.1 are affected by a critical PHP Object Injection vulnerability (CVSS 9.8/10). Could you please confirm whether the latest version of the Jacqueline theme now includes the patched ThemeREX Addons v2.36.2 (or later), which resolves this issue? Hello, Where can we translate the publication date on the Blogger block? It seems to already be translated into French, but not correctly. For example: “3 jours ago”
This is not proper French. It should be “Il y a 3 jours”.
Ideally, I would prefer to completely remove this relative “ago” format and display only the full date instead, like 30 juillet 2025 (since the full date is translated correctly once the post is older than one week).

There’s a standard Export option:
1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. In the left-hand sidebar menu, navigate to Tools.
3. Under the “Tools” submenu, you’ll see an option called Export.
4. Clicking on “Export” will take you to a page where you can choose what content you’d like to export (e.g., all content, posts, pages, media, etc.)
Or you can use extra plugin like for example Duplicator. Duplicator packages your entire WordPress site (all your files, database, themes, plugins, and content) into a single, portable zip file called a “package.” You then upload this package and a small installer.php file to your new domain/host, and the installer guides you through setting up your site. It automatically handles the URL replacement in the database.
