Before purchasing the template, be sure to study the documentation. Important: Employees, services, and other logical components of the template are not separated into individual sections. These sections are inserted using standard HTML. Therefore, automatic loading of the necessary list of services, specialists, or other information is impossible in this template.
Scaling such a project without code modifications is not possible. This template is not designed for simple use. You will not be able to select different ‘One-Click’ templates here. The templates will have to be edited via code to achieve the desired look.
I ask the template developer to update the documentation. It does not disclose such important aspects. For the average buyer of electronic products, this information is extremely important. In my specific case, this was a determining factor, which is why I abandoned the use of the template due to its unsuitability for application in a «production».

All general recommendations on how to work with these blocks—such as drag-and-drop actions, adding images, setting backgrounds, and managing layouts—are described in details here: https://medin.softali.net/medin_demo/docs/#theme_pages Some elements are developed specifically for this theme. These elements usually work with simple checkbox or toggle options and do not require HTML code editing, making them easier to use. At the same time, it’s important to note that it’s not technically possible to create fully separate custom elements for every block in the theme. Because of this, some blocks are implemented using a combination of visual editor elements and simple HTML code, which is added through the Text element when needed.
This approach helps keep the theme flexible while still allowing you to achieve the desired layout and design.

This is our second purchase, and unfortunately, we didn’t learn our lesson. The theme is full of bugs. Even for something as simple as changing an image, you have to dig into the CSS and manually fix it. Some default images can’t be replaced unless you access the source code and locate the file address. The WPBakery page builder integration doesn’t work correctly for finding or replacing items.
The code structure and CSS of the theme don’t align with the WPBakery page builder, so each adjustment must be made individually. Support responses are slow, and in most cases, we end up resolving the issues ourselves before they even reply. Additionally, they often request videos to understand the problem, which adds even more delay.

I am having an issue with the purchase code. i migrated from a demo to a live website and i get the error that the purchase code is not correct, even though it is used only in the live website i have sent you multiple mails and tickets but the support is non existent. for 3 days the website is down because noone actually give answers on the supprt page.
